Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

It can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, but be aware that the bathroom is upstairs and to access it you have to pass in front of the open space bedroom.

A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.

The house is part of an ancient Venetian villa. It is located in the Dorsoduro area, the art district of Venice, the most picturesque and evocative. It has been recently renovated, the position is super quiet. The ideal stay for a couple and to be close to the most important museums and art events. The bedroom overlooks a canal, guests will enjoy a truly typical view!

Spacious and comfortable, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 minute walk to Arsenale stop and less then 10 to San Mark's Square. Tourist tax is a part: 4,00€ per person/night up to a maximum of 5 nights (from the 6th night onwards you pay nothing). Possibility of self check-in in especially for arrival after 8pm.
