One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. We are two sisters, Claudia and Chiara, born and raised in the most authentic part of Venice. We belong to the sixth generation of Venetians in our family.
