Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Casa Lara 2, a canal-front awakening in Venice

A small apartment cared for in every detail ideal for two people located 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind. The house is equipped with air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi and nearby there are numerous shops, cicchetterie and typical restaurants. According to the provisions to prevent Covid-19 infection, sanitization with ozone treatment is carried out after each stay.

Welcome to Venice! Far away from mass tourism, among the locals, in the green district of Castello/Biennale you can experience Venice from a different side. The neighborhood offers countless excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearby large park right by the sea invites you to take a walk or exercise. In just two stops you can take the vaporetto to Lido Beach and after just one stop you reach St. Mark's Square.

Ca'Vallo is a charming little 40 m² apartment, recently restored, located on the edge of a canal. It is located in a very quiet area that is still typically Venetian with its shops and lively bars. You can reach Saint Mark's Square or the Rialto in a 10-minute walk.
