One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

It can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, but be aware that the bathroom is located on the upper floor and to access it you have to pass in front of the open space bedroom.
