Places to stay in Castellina in Chianti

la struttura è un sogno.. abbiamo alloggiato in Foresteria, meglio delle foto!!! Posto perfetto per chi cerca la tranquillità nel rispetto ed in pieno contatto con la natura. Emiliano host meraviglioso, ci ha fatto trovare il camino acceso, ci ha consentito di portare i nostri cani e di lasciarli in libertà nella sua bellissima tenuta e ci ha dato tanti consigli su attività da fare nei dintorni.. non vediamo l’ora di tornare !!

Mimma was an exceptional Host and the location and comfort of her beautiful apartment completely exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Mimma and her beautiful apartment located in the heart of Florence and within seconds of the beautiful Duomo. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful modern loft style flat in the bustling area of San Lorenzo, near the amazing indoor food market. The flat has all modern cons, very comfy beds, beautifully soft towels, amenities in the bathrooms. We appreciated the small touches like the Nespresso machine, good teabags, water in the fridge, a lovely bottle of wine etc. The hosts are very friendly and available. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we'll definitely come back.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Sehr schöne diskrete Wohung über den Dächern von Firenze, im Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dom. Für die Lage auch relativ ruhig. Die Wohung ist minimalistiach eingerichtet, angenehm und gut geeigent für einen Kurzurlaub in der Stadt (max. 3 Pers). Oberste Stockwerk nur mit Treppen erreichbar, daher nicht barrierefrei. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cesare’s place. He was friendly and helpful, and even left some starter provisions including prosecco, coffee, milk & muesli. His place was well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We ate breakfast on the balcony every day. Public transit into town is easy with a 4 minute walk to a bus which took us to the tram, or a 10 minute walk to the Talenti tram stop. We also walked to the Esselunga grocery and to a wonderful nearby restaurant called Cinzia for dinner. Well situated for driving outside of Florence. Thank you, Cesare, for a wonderful stay! Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.
