Close to Dolmayrac (2 min), Le Temple-sur-Lot (7 min), Villeneuve-sur-Lot (15 minutes), Agen (25 min). Flexible hours, just let me know what works for you

La Parenthèse Douce is a 5-minute drive from Villeneuve sur Lot city center and a 5-minute walk from amenities. You will find the quiet of a residential area with easy parking. Fully-equipped studio with WiFi connection for singles or for two with terrace. The studio includes a double bed with TV (Chromecast: Canal+, OCS, Netflix, Amazon), a dining area, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink).

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Nice apartment on the ground floor, with its small private terrace, in the heart of the village, with all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, supermarket, florist...) If needed, a small sofa bed is available in the living room in case of a 5th person. Parking is available in the town hall square for free. Numerous walks will allow you to discover the surroundings. Ideally located, halfway between Agen and Villeneuve sur Lot

Air-conditioned attic

This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
