Monthly Rentals in Castelfalfi

We enjoyed our week in Montaione. The domain is ideal to get away from it all. The pool is perfect for the hot days and there are several attractions within doable distance. The hostesses were very friendly and helpful.

The small apartment, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is part of a rustic house that accommodates 4 residential units. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The house has everything necessary, kitchen and bathroom have modern amenities. It is located in a fenced area where there are several vacation homes. All share a barbecue area with seating and a great pool. The entire terrain is very nicely laid out, maintained and clean. The approach is via a steep gravel road and is quite adventurous. Due to the secluded location, it is very nice and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are available in the very pretty, medieval Montaione, which is a 10-minute drive away. Large cities such as Florence, Siena but also the small, medieval cities such as San Gimignano and Volterra are easily accessible by car and/or train. Just right for day trips. Hikes are also possible around Montaione and the surrounding area.

The house is cozy and warm. Extremely comfortable mattress and blankets. View from the balcony was beautiful. it's centrally located in the middle of Tuscany. We love it.

Nice little place with a super nice view. We had an amazing time there. It is a bit remote, but therefore you can enjoy the nature and silence. Everything was super clean and the hosts are super considerate (we even got some wine and water as a welcome gift). Would definitely come back anytime!
