Très bel appartement! Nous avons passé un super séjour, communication facile avec l’hôte, très propre, et appartement comme sur les photos dans l’annonce. Parking facile à trouver. L’emplacement est situé près de quelques restaurants, et à environ 20 minutes du centre historique. Nous recommandons fortement :)

Die Wohnung ist zauberhaft, wir fanden einen Kuchen als Begrüßungsgeschenk, in der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst stilvoll und gemütlich. wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse aus sehen. Marco ist super nett und er gab uns eine Liste mit perfekten Empfehlungen. Die Lage ist perfekt nahe des tollen botanischen Gartens und im aufstrebenden Viertel Kalsa. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen und wir würden absolut gerne wiederkommen.

Soggiornare a casa di Antonino è stato piacevole e confortevole. Appartamento arredato con gusto, con tutti i confort e ben accessoriato anche con ricambi di biancheria letto, bagno e cucina. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.L’arrivo avviene tramite un'app, non c'è bisogno della chiave è davvero molto comodo. La zona è tranquilla e ci sono posti per parcheggiare facilmente l'auto. La cucina è funzionale e pratica.Host reattivo e premuroso che non esita a rispondere alle nostre domande e consigliarci. Consigliatissimo.

Ons verblijf bij Stefano was in één woord geweldig! Door de houten poort treedt je een oase van rust binnen, en dat midden in de oude binnenstad van Palermo! Stefano verwelkomde ons en wees ons waar we verbleven: een heerlijke koele kamer met direct toegang tot de tuin. De oude sfeer en de hoge plafonds zorgen voor zowel een chique, als een knusse sfeer. Stefano gaf ons fijne tips voor heerlijke restaurants en andere gezellige plekjes. Zodra we kunnen, komen we terug!!

The apartment was perfect for our last few days in Sicily, a very charming and walkable town with perfect beaches and coves nearby for swimming. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, on the ground floor and maintained by a local family who picked us up from the train and also helped organise transport to the airport. We'd definitely return if in the area again - thanks ☺️

Magnifique vue sur Mondello. L'appartement est très agréable et la terrasse offre des moments de détentes assurés. Plage et restaurants accessibles à pieds (15 minutes). Andréa fait preuve de réactivité et est resté attentif à nos demandes.

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. It was nice waking up to a view of the sea and walking into town. The city center was only about a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment was a bit hard for us to find at first but Marina was super communicative and even sent a picture of the front door and stood outside for us to find it. Grazie mille!

Ich habe die Zeit indem Apartment sehr genossen. Francesca ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kam in der Früh in Palermo an und sie ließ mich viel früher in die Wohnung rein. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen :) Vielen Dank nochmal

Siamo state molto bene! La vista dal balcone era molto bella. La comunicazione con Giuseppe è stata molto semplice. L'appartamento è collocato a pochi minuti di camminata dal mare. Posto consigliato!

We had a great stay at Gab’s place. The location is extremely convenient, everything was close by and easy to reach. The apartment was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the heat. Gab was punctual, responsive, and professional throughout. He even left us water, which came in super handy. All in all, a smooth and comfortable experience. Gab earned this review, highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super und genau wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben besonders die Fußläufigkeit in dem kleinen Ort, mit zwei super Stränden genossen. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung tolle Möglichkeiten um schöne Wanderungen zu machen. Es gibt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, nette Restaurants und Bars direkt um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber war super nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps zum Ort und zur Umgebung gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal um schnell zum tollen Strand zu kommen. Ebenso ist man schnell in Dorf bei den Restaurants oder Bäcker. Wir haben uns frühs immer Cornettis geholt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf der Dachterasse befindet sich ein Whirlpool den man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilt (kein Winter Whirlpool, falls man das von den Bildern her denkt). Vom Dach hat man auch eine Mega tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Dort gibt es Sonnenliegen, Tische und Stühle sowie eine Dusche. Insgesamt entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check Out einfach ein Traum! Silvia meldet sich proaktiv und es absolut unkompliziert. Auf Nachrichten reagiert sie gefühlt innerhalb von Sekunden. Auch die Möglichkeit das Gepäck früher abzustellen bzw nach dem Check Out noch zu verwahren ist möglich! Die Wohnung ist der absolute Traum - makellos, stylish und entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Ein Ort, wo man sich sofort zuhause fühlt! Optimale Lage, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar - der Bus zum Flughafen und auch der Bus zum Strand (Mondello) ist um die Ecke! Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 6 ****** vergeben; die sind mehr als verdient! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt - ich komme wieder :)

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. tout était parfait à part l'odeur d'humidité assez forte qui ne peut pas partir malgré les moyens essayés par l'hôte car manque d'aération naturelle et de courant d'air possible. je pense que le jacuzzi est inutile et rajoute encore plus d'humidité mais ce n'est que notre avis. et le matelas peut être trop mou mais pour quelques nuits, c'est pas un gros problème. nous avons adoré l'emplacement, la facilité, les échanges et la disponibilité de MAuro par rapport à nos demandes. merci encore! nous avons passé un super séjour

Very charming and large renovated apartment with high ceilings and large French doors opening on to Juliet balconies just steps from via Maqueda and Vucciria. Big, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Perfect spot for a stay in Palermo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic Airbnb, very comfortable and beautiful inside. Emanuela is a wonderful host, very generous, responsive, and very helpful! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and luxurious, and is great for a big group. It’s even nicer than the photos show, and very spacious. Highly recommended!
