Granatelli Holiday Home is an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom with a large shower. Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The house is located about 15 km from the city of Palermo in a historical setting within an agricultural estate overlooking the sea. Starting point for countless excursions to discover the most beautiful historical-architectural beauties of northern Sicily. Olivaus is located in the territory of Altavilla Milicia in the Sperone district, within a 7-hectare olive grove and surrounded by 2 pine forests that give the house an “Alto Adige” feel. Its location allows you to reach the beach of Torre Normanna in a 10-minute drive in a beautiful stretch of coast, the Lido Sporting and the seaside village of San Nicola L'Arena, where in its marina you can rent boats and dinghies.

A few steps from the apartment you can reach 'the cove', a natural inlet of extraordinary beauty. Sant'Elia is a unique, very charming seaside village where it seems that time has stood still.

A mini loft of about 38 meters located on the 1st floor with the colors of nature. In an open space, there is a well-organized kitchen with a microwave oven and a peninsula, a double bed with a wardrobe, and two armchairs with a TV (satellite antenna). The bathroom is comfortable and has a shower and hairdryer. The loft has a small balcony with two chairs and a table, alarm and WIFI line.

Cozy detached house from the early 1900s on two levels. The property was recently renovated by Rossella and Daniele, while keeping Grandma Rosa's home unchanged. A large bedroom, a spacious entrance and a fully equipped kitchen upstairs. A characteristic furnished terrace offers unforgettable breakfasts and views of the historic center.
