We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

Accommodation in the center of Castel San Pietro Terme, recently renovated, convenient to shops and easy to park. Definitely worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Dozza! The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable — everything was exactly as described and even better. What made the experience truly special was Maria. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. Her kindness, warmth, and willingness to help at any moment made me feel completely at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and can only recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Absolutely love this place! I stayed here for a month and worked remotely, and everything was perfect - the location was good (10min walk to the train to Bologna, the train itself takes 20min), the house was spacious and clean, the hosts were exetrmely nice and helpful, internet connection was good. The house was even better than on the pictures. Highly recommend!
