A venti minuti da Firenze e alle porte del Chianti, potrai connetterti a pieno con la natura godendo nel contempo di ogni comfort: la baita è dotata di grande vasca esterna esclusiva (non riscaldata), aria condizionata, cucina, bagno con doccia idromassaggio, ampio patio esterno coperto per cenare o gustare un aperitivo della nostra azienda agricola.

Casa Nova is a large Tuscan country estate on top of a hill dominating the beautifull Casentino Valley, 40 km south of Florence. The property is ideal for holidays with friends and family. But also for an individually designed wedding or a birthday party in a very special atmosphere. You can do any kind of workshops, Yoga, theatre or dance classes. A 12 km da Arezzo, delizioso monolocale arredato con cura al piano terra di un casale in pietra tipico toscano di inizio novecento. Circondato dal bosco e con vista su un borgo, il casale si trova in posizione collinare all'interno di un'ampia proprietà di 5 ettari. Attraverso un sentiero immerso nel bosco con una piacevole passeggiata si può raggiungere il torrente che scorre nella valle. Fino a fine luglio circa (a seconda degli anni) si può fare un bagno in una piccola pozza naturale.

The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
