Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Very nice place to stay in the hills of Tuscany. A little remote but we appreciated that. Many restaurants nearby with really very good food and absolutely good prices. Accommodation with large garden, pool, air conditioning and heating. Well-kept and clean. Chickens whose eggs we were allowed to collect. Magena was always available, very friendly and helpful. Perfect oasis for a family vacation The location is simply magnificent – secluded and quiet, far away from the hustle of everyday life. The expansive property is a real highlight: there are beautiful pergolas that invite you to eat, play and relax outdoors. The pool is fantastic – it is cleaned daily, offers comfortable loungers and plenty of umbrellas. We especially appreciated that the entire property is fenced which makes it ideal for pets. The bedrooms are charmingly furnished, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. The cleanliness was also great – with a thorough intermediate cleaning after a week. We would like to highlight the quick and competent response of all our questions, which made the stay even more pleasant. All in all it was the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation that we can highly recommend.

Alessandra’s place was an absolute dream. It’s picturesque with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany hills in a rustic styled rental. She was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay! Would definitely come back here next time we visit!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Perched on a mountain, the property offers stunning views over the countryside, with gorgeous gardens and an authentic Tuscan feel throughout. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet central to many of the places we wanted to visit, including Florence, Montepulciano, Siena, and San Gimignano. Christina, our contact person, was a great communicator. She was also on time, very helpful and pleasant to be around. She provided us with great insights about the area and the property. The location was excellent for us to use the e-bikes that we rented. We had breathtaking rides around the area. There was an excellent grocery store, Conrad’s in Bucine with a very tasty restaurant in the same Plaza. It was the perfect rustic home base with lots of charm the Tuscan experience for exploring the region, and we would absolutely stay again

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The complex is in a larger clearing in the middle of the forest. Completely remote and quiet day or night. Pure relaxation. Well-maintained complex. Good kitchen equipment. Tastefully furnished apartment. Great pool. 14x7m. Perfect for a few laps or to romp. Location is perfect for excursions. Florence, Pisa, Siena each about 60 minutes away by car. In and around San Gimignano there are many restaurants with good Tuscan dishes. A reservation is often required if you like to move away from the tourist centers. Shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. External garbage disposal at nearby collection points is a bit annoying. Laura took care of the personal key handover with us and speaks perfect German! All in all 5 stars! We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

Rosanna and her country house are as great as all the reviews say. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, charming with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Great place to relax with family. If you intend to use the oven ask for instructions, it works fine but the operation wasn’t intuitive for us. Also bring plenty of bottled water, the house supply is fine for washing but not for drinking/cooking. Rosanna gave us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the Radda/ Castellina area, great place at a reasonable rate!

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Nice place to stay for a week. Simple but complete furniture, airco and everything we needed. Very kind hosts and good location to visit the beach and towns in the area. Massimo had some great tips for beaches and things to do.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.
