1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a private garden, very comfortable and full of charm for a great mountain vacation close to the ski resorts, the Spanish border and the most beautiful hikes in the Pyrenean mountains.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Come and relax in this atypical house, all glazed to enjoy the exceptional view and equipped with an outdoor sauna for your well-being to be total. The accommodation is in the countryside, 1 hour from Toulouse and 1 hour from Auch. Guests can enjoy the dominant view of the hilly landscapes typical of the region. (Aurignac is a village with its own Aurignacian Museum, with a prehistoric trail and shelter. There are also hiking trails. Accommodation located 20 minutes from the highway, 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes and Spain.
