Come star gaze from the private hot tub on the back deck. Close to a well stocked local store, Point Arena is a 10 min drive to coffee shops and restaurants. You’ll love the house because of the outdoors space, beautiful gardens and the cool, clean ocean weather. It's really nice to cozy up to the gas fireplace on a foggy day.

This home is decorated so beautifully, and the kitchen is very well appointed. They really thought of everything, even providing crab cracking tools! The decor is thoughtfully artistic and eclectic, exactly the vibe I'm looking for when staying in Mendo. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very supportive. The views are incredible. I would absolutely consider renting this place again.

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

We had a delightful stay in the cabin! The setting is so serene and beautiful, and the cabin was homey, perfectly appointed and extremely clean. I couldn’t have been happier. The ONLY thing I’d recommend would be an umbrella for the patio table (perhaps there was one in a closet, and I missed it!). Jake greeted us when we arrived, adding a personal touch. It was nice to know they were around if we needed anything, but otherwise we were left alone to enjoy our stay. I enjoyed learning more about the cabin and its/our hosts’ backstory (in the binder). Would definitely stay again and would enthusiastically recommend.

We spent the Labor Day weekend here. The house was great - clean and enough spaces for 2 families. The house was at the channel of the clear lake- basically at the entrance of the lake. We brought our inflatable SUP boards and had a great time going into the lake and go look at the houses in the channel. Our kids had a great time in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and enough seating for all of us. Definitely recommended!

We had such a wonderful time here! It's nestled up on the hill opposite Anchor Bay beach. Perfect location for a chill vacation with kids. We spent time in Gualala and Point Arena, and it was all just a short drive away. Jacelyn's home is awesome. Each room is beautifully decorated and carefully curated for an enjoyable experience. The beds were amazingly comfortable too! We loved the small touches like air purifiers, comfortable and cozy lighting, and the amazing vintage record collection. The kitchen was fully stocked with gear and any basic you could need. Everything in great condition. Being surrounded by the trees and birds made it all so peaceful. We look forward to coming back!!
