Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

Casa Sarina is very nice and quietly located and has a fantastic view of Lake Lugano. In the village of Carona there is a small kiosk that provides everything for everyday needs. For larger purchases, however, you have to drive down the serpentine road to the valley. From the property you can either walk directly or after a short drive take wonderful walks through Vico Morcote to Morcote or to Monte San Salvatore. The place was very clean and as described by the landlord. Markus and Anna are very loving hosts and enriched our stay with many tips. We would choose this accommodation again any time.

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

We enjoyed the stay! Gandria is a picturesque, small village and despite the quiet, tranquil location, there are several restaurants and cafes where you can stop. Louise's apartment has been designed with great care and has everything you need for a few relaxing days.

Nicholas’s place in Cadegliano Viconago was perfect. The house is clean, cozy, and has amazing views. It’s in a quiet, beautiful village but still close to Lake Lugano and Switzerland. Nicholas was a great host—very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Despite bad weather, we had a very relaxing week in this very idyllically located cozy house. The house is carefully renovated and tastefully decorated. The location is unique: all alone on a clearing in the forest. We will be happy to come back.

Fabio's apartment in Germignaga is excellent for a vacation in the region. It is located slightly above the shore and has a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore on the Piedmontese side. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with sufficient furniture and also a roof terrace with loungers which is well suited to unwind and enjoy the sun. The location on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore is very suitable for tours in the area, as Switzerland (Ticino) and Lake Como are not far away. Fabio was an excellent host and always available when there were questions. I would recommend the place anytime.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The views are out of this world and the place is spacious, beautiful, and quiet. I will most definitely be coming back. 100% I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Lake Como. Renting a car is advised, we rented one in Milan and drove.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem. Everyone says it’s even better than the photos—and they’re right. The view is stunning, and the lake is literally just across the street. Parking is super easy and just a minute or two walk away. The place itself was a total surprise: spacious, spotless, full of light, and with everything you need. It’s clear the layout was thoughtfully opened up—feels like a high-end modern loft, but with a warm, eclectic interior. We instantly felt at home. Gabriele, Thamanja, and Andrea were incredible hosts: professional, super responsive, friendly, and helpful at every step. You can feel they really care. Porto Ceresio itself is a beautiful area with so much charm and nature to explore. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat. Five stars aren’t enough—thank you for such a memorable stay!

We enjoyed our stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you ask for... we had a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. Highly recommended, you are also quickly back on the highway. Thank you Franziska for the wonderful time :)

Barbara was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. Brusimpiano is a beautiful location, well worth a stay.. we would like to come back for a bit longer to explore the area..lago Lugano is spectacular.

Andreas is really a super host: very friendly and accommodating, we were even allowed to use his garage space. Communication was extremely straightforward and everything was well described. The location of the historic house is unique: unique views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains as well as the wonderful garden and the super equipped loggia in front of the apartment invite you to linger. The village shop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is equipped with the most important for everyday needs. The apartment is very tasteful but also practically furnished. Everything is there (even coffee!), the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom is unique. It was still a little cold during our stay, but we were able to heat the rooms well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Cà la Rocca and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

It was a great stay in the woods and the perfect place to relax. We felt incredibly welcomed by the hosts!

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

We enjoyed our 4 days very much! Very nice, clean and well equipped appartment, 10min walk to the lake, lake views, several supermarkets around the corner. Highly recommended! :-)

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven

Cécile is a lovely house and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. She met me at the train station and drove me to the place and showed me around and answered all my questions. She left some snacks in the apartment as well. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony with a spectacular view. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lugano.
