The house is lovely.. in a typical local spirit,with great furnishing and interior. And the garden and view were lovely. The rooms were large, spacious.. everything was very clean. The hosts were kind and helpful.. We were overwhelmed with a burning fireplace,which added even more to the coziness of the house. I would recommend this accommodation !

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

The villa of Francesca is very beautiful, it is surrounded by olive trees, you can find a lot of italien herbs in the garten. Of course, the cats of Francesca are very lovely. Francesca is a very kind, helpful and energetic hostess, she gave us many useful tips about visiting florenz, her recommended restaurants belong to the best restaurants during our stay in Italy. It was a great experience at Francesca.

Great place to stay that’s only 30 minutes from downtown Florence. Trust me, you don’t want to be downtown every day. This area is much quieter yet complete with everything from restaurants on both sides of the apartment, plus a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. To get downtown you can take the #27 bus to Nenni station, then the T1 tram to downtown. Or you can walk 15 minutes to the Aldo Moro T1 station. If you’re coming from the airport, take the T2 downtown then work backwards. Host is very responsive and helpful, we locked ourselves out and they responded less than 15 minutes!!!
