we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Beautiful place in a great location! Private & quiet and only a short walk to all the Restaurants and shops on Siesta Village. Lots of amenities like bikes & kayaks included, and the property manager, Ritchie, was very helpful! The house itself is newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful! Very clean which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

My wife and I stayed at Kyle's place for a quick weekend getaway with our 2 young children and it worked perfectly for us! Kyle was very detailed in getting us check-in information and responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. The place was really clean and inviting. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with the family. The pool was nice and clean, and the water was warm! The beach was beautiful and also so close to the house that we made multiple trips each day. The market and restaurant area are also close enough that we were able to walk for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend Kyle's place for anyone looking to enjoy Siesta Key.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

The place was awesome! Jennifer was very very responsive when we needed anything. Location was terrific, with Publix basically across the street and the beach a block and a half away it, was very easy to like. Beautiful island and for a vacation spot it was outstanding. A great first visit to Anna Maria, we will DEFINITELY be returning. Highly recommend!

Very conveniently located to everything we needed, although most everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The beach easily accessible, and everything you could want to go to the beach, other than a swim suit, was provided. The home was comfortable and homey. Beds were comfortable. The fenced yard and outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing. The only complaint we had was the night we got in late and ordered a pizza and wings. No one was impressed by the wings, but then we are from the greater Buffalo area. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here.

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay!
