Vacation rentals with lake access in Cascade-Chipita Park

This is a great place to stay. It has breathtaking views. Very private and peaceful. We loved watching all the wildlife around the lake. Close to towns with great restaurants and attractions. The place is so nice. Furnished perfectly and the beds are so comfortable. The host are great! Made sure we had everything we needed and a have book of recommendations. We highly recommend this place and hope to make it back soon!!

Robert’s home was perfect for my family and I. Robert was very responsive when we had any questions and never left us waiting. The home was beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan on staying here again if im back in the area in the future.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! Lots of room! Great coffee service! Clean with lots of pillows! We saw lots of deer around. Fished in the pond but did not have any luck. Only cons: The garage is a little smelly and ceiling and garage door is low so we could not park in it with our truck. Also we were unable to set our accts up to stream television in the living room for at night. Need some instructions. Great place!!

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

This place was so wonderful. The first thing my husband said when he walked in was, can we come back next year? 😆 This place was so well thought out, everything you need for children, and the whole family! The kitchen was so well stocked, my friend thought I packed Pyrex 😆 because no Airbnb invests in something like Pyrex, we’re all huge cooks and loved it. The knives were great. The pans were great. The oven worked perfectly. Two beautiful tables, one on the outdoor porch and one inside, both face pikes peak Summit and it was just awesome to enjoy a dinner with family at night with that view! We also loved sitting out at night on the porch, it’s so quiet and beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. As the sun is going down the beautiful quaking aspen face the large windows in the living areas, my husband would turn on records every night, they have an amazing set up with a fantastic collection of old records. Karen’s place is gorgeous and was the perfect location for easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline and all the wonderful restaurants of Colorado Springs! The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and we loved the stunning views of the mountains and Pikes Peak it offered. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evenings around the gas firepit. Karen is an outstanding host with incredibly quick and friendly response time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Karen’s place!

I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Highly recommended Airbnb in Colorado Springs! Great Stay at this Beautiful Home nearby the Colorado Springs Downtown. This is my home for 2 months and I've enjoyed it. The home is very clean, spacious, peaceful, fully-stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies, and laundry detergent. David is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The best Airbnb I've had.

A nice and peaceful location, you can’t hear any traffic in the home. You are surrounded by endless trees, has a stocked pond for laid back fishing, amazing star gazing in a portable Nemo hammock, huge TV that you can connect to in 1000’s of ways, fully stocked kitchen FULLY, internet was perfect for even streaming Netflix, and it reached 80f one day and the home was 66f inside (more than comfortable). I would really recommend this place for a family with kids to experience nature, see wild life, and have fun fishing. Private gate so you never need to worry about strangers coming in. Chris and his family live right by across from the house on the same property and is there anytime you need anything. Would stay here again!

This property was perfect for a stay in Green Mountain Falls. It’s situated right in the small downtown across from the lake with easy access to the main road. Everything was great with my experience there and I would definitely stay again.

What a great little cabin to unwind and relax in and enjoy the lake and beautiful surroundings. The cabin was neat, clean, and cozy. it's not huge, but it's well appointed and would sleep quite a few folks. It's very close to the lake and general store, and just minutes from the boat ramp and good fishing spots. Setting is peaceful and quiet with good parking and great views. Check in and access was easy peasy, and Benjamin's communication was on point. Very responsive. Judging from the movie collection, he's my kind of people. We brought our Starlink, so the no Wi-Fi and low cell signal was no issue at all. There seemed to be good cell signal down by the lake too. Highly recommend this property, and we would stay there again for sure.

Great location for a few short road trips to see other points of interest. Local trails to hike, with amazing views. Comfortable and clean, with awesome hosts!

Perfect location for our vacation. Enjoyed the area. We will be back!
