House vacation rentals in Casas de Juan Gil

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

The host Miryam has been very attentive and pleasant, even with details such as leaving coffee, oil, etc. The house is impeccable and in a very quiet area, ideal for a relaxed end with friends or family.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

We had a great time, despite the rain. It is very cozy inside and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop. During the night it is very quiet and the area is great for hiking.

Beautiful stay. Accommodation more than excellent. Clean and super quiet house. We had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

Everything was nice, clean, and organized. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

Gorgeous flat within walking distance of everything in Valencia! The flat is perfect rly equipped with everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for 6 people. The decor is really well done and feels stylish and comfortable. Sadly didn’t get a chance to use the plunge pool but would have if the weather had been warmer!

As a host, Vincent is very friendly and helpful. It created a unique place with a unique atmosphere. We spent 14 people in Spain, and we didn't miss anything. The kitchens have tableware, cooking utensils, and other helpful items. It was easy for us to cook meals. The home is located among the orange plantations. Beautiful surroundings and smells. There is a BBQ area by the pool which has its own dishwasher. There is enough space for everyone there. We are very happy to stay at Vincent's place. Recommended!

Unfortunately, due to ill health my wife and I were unable to travel. However, my sister-in-law and her husband did travel and used the apartment. It was located very close to Valencia airport and proved ideal for people arriving into Valencia late at night. While I didn't get to travel, I did have excellent communications with Fran in making travel arrangements. His prompt responses and advice were so helpful. A great host.

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of toys for the children. The tram stop just around the corner provides quick access to the city. Ariadna gave us lots of tips and was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

An excellent place to disconnect from the routine since you are in the mountains, a very quiet area, excellent if you have a pet. The house is very cute and very well prepared with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the house very much, the only thing we would add would be mosquito nets on the windows and if possible curtains for greater privacy despite the fact that the house is surrounded by a reed fence, which would provide greater privacy for the interior. Overall very nice and with the option to repeat the stay. On the day we left, they approached us to meet us and are very friendly and very considerate.

Our stay at the house was perfect, a very good place to disconnect, enjoy nature and spend some incredible days with friends. Our kids had a great time on the tennis court. We had an amazing weekend, celebrating my birthday with friends. Plenty of room for 15 people. The house is very nice, perfectly equipped and very clean. We'll be back for sure

The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures, great spacious. Beautiful rooms. Super luxury finished. Really anything you need was present. Clean pool and lovely hot jacuzzi. We were 9 people and really have nothing negative to report. Alberto was very friendly and helpful. He designed the villa himself and it really is a work of art. Can highly recommend this villa. If you are traveling with the family and want to enjoy luxury, but still want to be a short drive from Valencia, this is the place.

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

A fantastic house, in the middle of nature and very close to the city. The hosts were very kind and very attentive to our needs. Ideal to get away and take in fresh air. The house is very tastefully decorated. Highly recommended

We had a very good weekend. The house is very nice, it has many rooms to have a good time. The host was very attentive and kind. The people at the bakery, store and butcher shop are very friendly. Overall a lovely house!!

Words are missing to describe Michelle's inviting and impeccable treatment that was super reactive and left us a lot of tips and details to thank. Many walking options in proximity, a magnificent wooden cabin, comfortable, full of soul, shortly a fantastic option to escape from the city and enjoy an end in nature in any stay, we will return to enjoy the pool in summer ! Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

We went to spend a few days at Layla's house and it was the best decision. She is a very good and attentive host, the house is spacious and very well furnished for winter or summer. We really appreciate being able to enjoy the place.

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

Adela was always available from booking to the end of the stay and every question was answered very quickly and Adela was available at all times and very accommodating. They felt very well taken care of. The house is spacious and well cut. The house goes over 2 floors. The living and dining area is so large that we had plenty of space with 8 adult guests. Very large and well-maintained outdoor area with a great and clean pool, which unfortunately we could not use because it was too cold. Particularly noteworthy is that the parking space in the yard has space for at least three cars. Very quiet residential area. Dear Adela, Thanks for the lovely stay and your hospitality!
