Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Jeremy’s place was lovely, very peaceful location and great to have use of both the garden at the back and the terrace at the front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The whole place remained cool even though it was hot outside. The only downside for us was that you have to exit the house via the stairs at the front to get to the back garden, just a minor point but a bit of a challenge with young kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Carli was very kind and available both for the check-in time and upon our arrival. We requested something to heat the house (they were particularly cold days for the season) and he immediately brought us an electric heater. The apartment is large and tastefully furnished, the comfortable beds are clean. if we come back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent stay at this agriturismo property in the heart of Italian wine country. The property itself is charming and beautiful. The owners of the property, Gisella and Lorenzo, were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed sharing the common spaces with friendly guests as well. An ideal location if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the pool/view/tennis courts or explore the neighboring towns/vineyards in both Umbria and Tuscany. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed for two people. Incredible value for the space, location and experience. Thank you for hosting us.
