We had a wonderful time in this charming accommodation in Tuscany! Everything was just like in the pictures – clean, tastefully furnished and with a lot of love for detail. The host and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We felt comfortable in the nice apartment from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and we had plenty of space with our 3 children. We particularly liked the 2 balconies with the fantastic view of the beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed using the pool. When the toilet didn't work, a craftsman was even organized on Sunday. Many thanks to Annalisa, who finally sent us a forgotten jacket by mail. Great service! Absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed our one week family holiday staying in this villa. The house, garden and pool are as described and absolutely gorgeous! The weather was extremely hot so we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the possibility to eat outside in the well shaded area overlooking the pool. Also, there is a plentiful supply of tableware for outdoor use which is very practical. The location was ideal for visiting destinations such as Assisi and Montepulciano, but it was also great just taking it easy and enjoying the garden, pool and views. The villa is 10 mins by car from CDL although the last part is on unmade roads which can be quite bumpy. We found Google Maps worked best for navigating to/from the villa but led us astray on occasions - Beware! Alessandra was a great host. She was there to welcome us on arrival and explain everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to our questions and recommendation requests. We recommend this villa!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Everything was like we expected and more, very beautiful property, clean, kind and welcoming hosts. Nothing bad to say we had a great experience from all points of view!! Definitely recommend.

This is the place to go if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. I loved the pool; the flexible check-in and check-out made everything easy. The house was spotless and beautifully designed. The host recommended a few local restaurants—we tried one and it was amazing. I appreciated how quiet and serene the surroundings were, yet within just a 5–10 minute drive, there were great restaurants and shops. I’m definitely bringing my whole family here for vacation. The free parking was also a great bonus. Thank you so much. I truly hope every guest treats this place with care and respect, so it stays just as beautiful for many years to come. We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Stella Cozzano during the final days of our month-long trip through Europe. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to relax. The views are absolutely breathtaking —a true taste of the Italian countryside. Whenever Parma saw us enjoying the scenery through the sunroom, she’d surprise us with something special: homemade lemon sorbet, fresh artichokes, a bisque for our coffee, or lemons from her garden. On request, she also prepared a lovely breakfast in the sunroom, which made our mornings feel magical. Her whole family was incredibly kind and made us feel the true *dolce vita*. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend this peaceful haven to anyone seeking rest and beauty in the heart of the Italian countryside, with the warm if a true caring host.
