It is a very quiet town at least on the date we have gone ,in summer I think it is full since the beach is beautiful ,the people are very hospitable and without knowing Portuguese we understood each other phenomenal , we will return in summer that we surely had a great time

Enchanting small "garden house apartment" with its own seating in the garden and barbecue use. Lovingly furnished - small but nice! For us, a quiet feel-good place just outside the center of the city. We were allowed to store our bikes in the shed. Communication was great, thank you dear Celia! Will come again any time!

We had a great stay at Nicole's house. Her mom Isabel was amazing host. She was very kind to us and she gave us recommendations what to visit around, and she looked after our cat while we were out which meant a lot to us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to come back again!

The house met our expectations and our wishes, it offers: pure tranquility, bright large rooms, pleasant coolness even in warm outside temperatures, flexible heating, permanently warm water, large bathtub + shower, complete equipment (e.g. kitchen), no trinkets - but sophisticated interior design, a German library with numerous classics, an enclosed property with a car parking space that actually on the property, several seating areas in the landscaped outdoor area, fast Internet in all rooms, TV with a complete list of German channels, and much more. The location is perfect to quickly get to the sea but also to the surrounding World Heritage Sites and cities (insider tip Leiria). The beaches were deserted at the beginning of June, except for a few fishermen. The crowning glory was the "housekeeper" Helena: problems were solved within half an hour. Indeed, it is an oasis of vastness and contemplation.
