Exactly as described. Lots of nightlife around but not loud enough to bother you. Tons to do right outside. Beautiful area.

We really enjoyed Tennessee Treetops. We chose it for its proximity to charming downtown Jonesborough and Johnson City. It is a peaceful location, furnished in contemporary, cozy decor with all the necessary amenities. Micah is a wonderful host who is responsive and friendly. We would happily stay here again!

This place was perfect for what we needed on our mini-vacation to Boone! We would book again next time we are in town.

Wonderful home to stay in! it is way bigger than we expected and was perfect after a long day of travel to relax in. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. Cheryl was wonderful and very accommodating for us!

Lisa’s place was very clean, comfortable and tidy. Nice close location to the trails that we were hiking and a respite for tired feet. We appreciated the laundry detergent and eager and dryer available and bottled water in the fridge.

If you are looking for a private place to stay this is it. I did not take my boat this trip but if I had I would be extremely comfortable knowing it was safe. The mountains surrounding the house are beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Watauga for the day (225.00) and really enjoyed it. Judson and Deanne were very friendly and made sure our stay was a success.

This place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The cabin was so cozy, had every little thing you might need and more, and was extremely clean. The surroundings are beautiful with the landscaping and mountain vibes. There were even special amenities for our dogs. Our host Brenda was friendly and extremely communicative. If you’re in this area, this cabin is a must stay!

Perfect stay for our family! Incredibly clean, beautiful decor. The hosts have paid close attention to detail and this house had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the fenced in yard and fire pit. The sound machines in each bedroom were a great touch, and all the beds slept great! This is truly one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The hosts are so friendly and respond quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Tammy was super kind and responsive. House has a lower bedroom and den with screened in porch which makes it perfect if you have a dog. The screened in porch is awesome and very peaceful. There is a large area out back in front of the woods with a fire pit, and she even provides the wood. Ample, well-lit parking. So many personal touches like snacks (not cheap ones), coffee, dish cleaner, dishwasher detergent, etc. She responds immediately to any issue. Unfortunately, she can’t control the neighbor just down the street who has a car that he/she thinks needs to be on the Bristol Motor Speedway. Was awakened twice at 2:30 am which seemed to be their witching hour. The first time, they let the engine idle for some minutes. Tammy immediately went about checking into that. The next night, he just blasted by at 2:30am. I would definitely stay there again but would sleep in the bedroom downstairs as the house is so close to the road. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness! 🙏🙏

Paul was so quick to respond to any questions I had. He was also very friendly and helpful. Heavens Gate, WOW, the name says it all. The cabin is so beautiful and very well decorated. When you first walk in, you're on the second floor. There's large sliding doors that lead outside to the deck that has the most amazing views of the lake. It is truly breathtaking! They have a very well equipped kitchen. It has a regular pot & a K-cup maker which came in handy. There are games, tv, great wifi and an awesome hot tub! The hot tub was hot and clean. We quickly unpacked, made a mimosa and jumped right in. That view, also amazing! The Wifi worked outside to play tunes while we soaked in the tub & amazing views. The road was scary for this FL girl, but you do get use to it. Also deer walked around the house and we saw an eagle. The beds were super cozy and there were plenty of dressers to unpack. The master shower was so nice. I can go on and on... just book it, you will not regret it!

Such. A cute house, decor was awesome. Perfect for our needs. Backyard was perfect- we built a fire and enjoyed a relaxing evening! Had coffee on front porch and was so close to everything we needed. So happy to bring our four legged family member!

We were very happy at Christina’s home, the location was great in a quiet safe neighborhood. It was easy to transition to this home for our month long stay. Due to cold weather we didn’t use backyard too much, the fireplace was appreciated and cozy. Host is easy to communicate with for any questions, we have already reserved this property for a return visit later this year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The home is absolutely gorgeous. it is perfect for those that want to get away and enjoy nature. My trip was for my daughter’s pinning ceremony and to load her belongings into a U-Haul so please be advised when the host says no gatherings that means no one stopping by unless cleared with hosts. Unfortunately they’ve had some bad experiences in the past and I can understand them, wanting to protect that beautiful home, but I do wish I would have understood that a little more clearly. Again breathtaking views the home is so clean and comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend for anyone that wants Mountain View’s!! The home is truly lovely.

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Julia and Simon’s place. It was very easy to find, and the place was just as described. The view from the deck is picturesque, and we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset on our first night. The place is a comfortable place to relax after taking in the sites and activities in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Kyle was helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and the decorations were beautiful. My friend and I had a girl’s weekend and wanted different rooms (because we like to sleep in opposite temperature) and this fit us perfectly. We each had our own bathroom and the beds were very comfy. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry option too. The directions were easy and Banner Elk is a 5 minute walk. The best part was the 180 degree view! I miss it already and didn’t want to leave! There were deer outside our window both days so that was a bonus. We would stay here again for sure!

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

Great place to stay, private, yet close to Everything Beech Mountain. Host was very responsive and description was very accurate. wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Clean and comfortable condo by the lake. We were provided with a set of towels for each person and no extra. The bath towel wasn't even big enough to wrap around yourself. Lacked things like throw pillows or throw blankets in the living room. No condiments or amenities in the kitchen. There was a Kuerig coffee maker but no sugar or sweetener.

We love staying at Au Chalet. From the beautiful condo to Stephanie’s attention to details, it’s the best place to stay at the Wolf Laurel community. The beautiful sunrises, quiet afternoons reading one of many selections in the condo, walks on various trails - it is simply heaven. Stephanie had made this one of our favorite destinations. Can’t wait to come back.
