Great location! Around the corner of Plaza Flores with some nice restaurants. Across the street is a nice local coffee bar. The river, the shopping street, the Real Casino (a must see), the cathedral, everything is closeby. There is also a nice market around the corner. The apartment is really quiet and we loved the details of the decoration! I would recommend this appartment.

Sergio was very helpful at all times and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment has breathtaking views and is in a very quiet area. We would definitely come back

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Joaquin was always very responsive and helpful with my questions and met me to help me carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The apartment is very close, around 5-7 minutes walk, to the bus station and about 20 minutes walk to the train station. It's situation is fantastic, very close to the town centre, lots of restaurants around and a supermarket 2 minutes away. It is a very safe area and was quiet enough to have a good nights sleep. I was kindly given a bottle of mineral water on check in and there is everything there to make your stay great....I would definitely stay there again!!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.

We had a lovely stay in Daniela’s apartment in Murcia. It was well furnished, and cosy. Very clean too and some lovely little touches (the bathroom smelled great!). We found it easily and the location was good - a quiet street but within walking distance to the centre and the malecón and there were some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Although we drove to Murcia, we accessed everywhere on foot during our stay. Also a big Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk away was very convenient.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

We were delighted to be hosted by Bettina and Wolfgang. Their home was very well kept, well equipped and as the photographs show. We needed a bolthole for the week for my husband to play golf and for me to unwind. The home met both our needs. The setting was not quite right for us personally, but that is not a reflection on the property itself. The area is very built up and so if you are looking for something with a little more privacy and a view then you may wish to consider other locations. This is the only slight negative we found. For others this will be the perfect location! Good amenities are available locally with an excellent Aldi 1 mile away. Communication was excellent throughout.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because they left us the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us very well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great ocean view. We recommend it.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. A cute apartment, ideal for spending a few days. The hosts are aware of everything and have left us prepared everything we could need. If we go back to this place, we will not hesitate to repeat it.

The apartment is just as seen in the photos and even better: the appearance is “brand new” freshly painted, impeccable floors and furniture and with all the accessories you may need: capsule coffee maker, toaster, alarms and totally opaque and electric blinds. From all the rooms you can see the sea and the light that comes in is extraordinary. The beach is 5 minutes away and a large supermarket 1 minute away. In addition, David is a superhost, always attentive and one of those who show it in adversity. We had a one-time cleaning problem on the first day and David solved it immediately, with empathy and amazing flexibility. I recommend this apartment 100%
