Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

We had a great time in this apartment. There is everything you need, and everything is nearby. Very warm welcome, no complaints, it was perfect. Thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculately presented and well equipped with stunning views from the balcony. Our host, Pedro, was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to escape for a few days. Not far from Bolnuevo beach and a few of the bars and restaurants. Nice and quiet, fairly private and had everything we needed.

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

We chose this apartment for a weekend and we couldn't have done better. Maria was super helpful and friendly, when we arrived at the apartment everything was pristine and she told us about the purchase of two beach loungers, which was a nice touch. He recommended areas to go and places of interest. The service was unbeatable and we felt right at home, and the place is fantastic.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonas—he's an excellent host. From the initial booking onwards he was responsive, friendly, informative and professional. The apartment was superb, the views from the terrace, living room, kitchen and both bedrooms are a joy to wake up to. The apartment overlooks a beautiful swimming pool (perfect temperature) with sun loungers, palm trees, new showers and a pergola for shade. The place is really well equipped and clearly well cared for too. The location is excellent, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to nice beaches and restaurants. Jonas is a great local guide too, he was really happy to answer my questions and recommend good spots and leisure activities. A week is never long enough though—hoping to make it back again soon.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment was even more beautiful than seen in the photos. Roberto was extremely friendly and the check-in and check-out worked smoothly. Communication with Minka went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. There were also a lot of toys for our child, which perfectly complemented the toys we brought with us. We left Minka's place with a laughing and a crying eye and hope to spend another stay here.

Warm and helpful welcome from the owners, both Paco and his partner were friendly and flexible at check-in and check-out. They explain where to go during the stay and are looking forward to your arrival. The accommodation with all the amenities in the best area of La Manga. It has air conditioning and is exquisitely clean. Swimming pool and beach 30 seconds away. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy... all within walking distance. Highly recommended, fabulous terrace. To be repeated!

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The listing matches the accommodation. Very friendly hosts, they allowed us to drop off our suitcases in the morning, and given that the accommodation was not occupied after us, we were able to stay until 3:00 p.m. or more if we wanted

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Apartment in a very good location and very comfortable for a few days or a summer vacation with everything you need, Nuria and Marcos make you feel at home, they respond quickly and most importantly, parking in the area. I totally recommend it.
