'The Duke' Western Space on the River

'The Duke' is a John Wayne inspired western themed space perfect for a quiet getaway to Ruidoso and located on the main road into town. This is the downstairs to our primary home that we have converted to 'The Duke' with John Wayne western décor, comfortable living room with mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Don't forget to peek into the kid friendly 'cupboard under the stairs' Harry Potter inspired closet. Relax each day on the 6' by 40' covered deck listening to the Rio Ruidoso river below

Two queen bedrooms, full kitchen, beautiful red efficient fireplace, heating and cooling, large windows from den area facing the mountains. Welcome to Shangri-La! A unique, private, and magical setting right in the middle of Cloudcroft. Almost half a fenced acre where you can wander the grounds, enjoy the fire pit, read in the cozy separate office, or grill on the barbecue. Within walking distance of the Lodge and golf course, or the Village boardwalk for shopping. Lots of personal touches! And if you watch for fairies, birds, or other forest creatures, they are all close by! Hot plate, fridge, and microwave provided.

Sit next to the warmth of a wood burning stove in the winter, or enjoy cool evening throughout the summer. Hiking, skiing, racetrack and casino are all nearby. Ruidoso is about a 35 minute drive from Casa de Luna.

Redwood was designed for romantic weekend getaways or extended stays. It offers two covered decks; one over looks the tall ponderosa pines off of the main living area with seating and gas fire table, The second Covered deck offers a private Hot Tub, seating around the gas fire table and a Gas BBQ Grill – two level - 3 steps up to cabin entrance and main level, several steps to upper bedroom level - Wi-Fi in cabin - Roku - DVD/CD player-cabin side parking.

Peaceful, Cozy Cabin in the Woods!

Our comfortable, cozy little cabin is on 1.5 acres, nestled above the Village of Ruidoso. We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
