A three-story single-family house where my eldest daughter and I live. The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Bedroom, bathroom, country kitchen with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and good connections. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket within walking distance.

Great opportunity to stay in a central, elegant and newly renovated apartment, where cleanliness, comfort and quality are a priority. Modern space to enjoy with good company, with all the amenities, salt pool, barbecue, large porch. Isolated but close to a supermarket with everything you need. It has no steps in the entire plot, not even to access the house. Well connected with sites near the Almagro theater, the Daimiel tables, Ruidera Lagoons, Castles. Newly built house with all amenities, air source heat pumps, appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine...)
