Beyond the obvious aspects of what you see in the advertisement, such as the location, the place is fantastic because it contemplates every amenity and detail a seasoned Airbnb’r would find appealing. Extremely well done, and just perfect! The host is extremely welcoming and experienced. Five stars all the way.

Karina & her Guesthouse are a dream come true. Guesthouse: As another review says, the location is very rejuvenating. It is quiet, peaceful and very safe. You can hear the ocean all the time & most clearly as you're lying in bed at night. There is an almost 180 degree ocean view. You can just barely see people surfing from the bathroom. As stated in the description, the kitchen is not the best for complicated meal prep. I have baked chicken, made a pizza, chopped vegetables & made a small batch of curry just fine. The fridge is smaller, so you can't prepare large batches of food. However this has encouraged me to not waste what I make. The Internet is great & I have been working from "home" with video conferences. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away! Regarding Karina: you won't find a sweeter, nicer, more caring and compassionate person in all of California. Love her! She is very responsive & helpful but stays out of your way unless you need something. Check in was a breeze.

We had a tremendous time during our stay. Lindsay was very accommodating and communicative. The condo was private, clean, and had high quality appliances and furniture. We also appreciated the various paths nearby that enabled us to walk to stores and restaurants easily. We highly recommend it!
