A renovated and very careful property. Easy communication with the host that responds quickly. A detail that may give an idea of Mr. João's concern to serve the one who occupies his space : in communication with him, I asked if there was firewood to ascend the fireplace since at the time of winter this is a cold zone. Mr. João assured me that there was enough firewood in the fireplace and that the rooms had independent heating. The surprise was that my fireplace was already lit equal to the heating of the rooms so that the house already had a temperature but rather than cozy. Thanks so much for this detail . Definitely, a place highly recommended for the host's equipment, cleanliness and warmth. We'll come back

Beautiful countryside, it was a perfect place to stay for our visite to Monsanto.Cecilia greeted us at our arrival It was a cool rainy day when we arrived, she had dry wood and kindling for the wood stove, it made for a cozy afternoon and evening watching movie channels.

A very comfortable place, three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, very equipped kitchen, washer, TVs, everything you need for your stay. Lurdes is wonderful, great proactive communication and responsive, very kind person. The house is in a very quiet street with small and nice restaurants just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in São Romão or Seia area. Thanks to Lurdes for being so attentive and letting us stay at your very nice place.

We had a lovely stay at Carlos place, so comfortable was a home from home, the place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, lovely views and sunset, wine gifted to us by Carlos added a lovely touch Thank you Carlos we hope to stay again
