Monthly Rentals in Carefree

Dana's Casita was the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in. Admittedly, I rarely feel "at home" or completely comfortable in a space that isn't mine, but the cleanliness, and little touches definitely made an impact. The bathroom was spotless, as was kitchen and all linens. The natural dish sponge has changed my kitchen game:) She even provides purified dinking water which to us is a massive bonus. Shower head was even filtered! Again, small touches, big win. The view off covered porch was so pretty and well kept. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Dana even left a tie out for our dog which we didn't think we would use but it came in handy for more relaxing coffee time with our pup able to hang out with us on her bed. You can tell she cares deeply for her property, and wants her guests to have a great experience. We will for sure stay here again!

Susanna’s desert casita was really great. The surroundings were peaceful and so beautiful. It is literally steps away from McDowell Regional Park which is a sight to see and fun to explore. The sunsets were like no other out there. The place is out there but worth it and easy to find. If you’re looking for a really comfy bed, clean, organized place with beautiful accommodations in a calm and serene area, this place is for you.

We loved our stay at Carefree Villas. Elvira’s apt is gorgeous, perfect for 2 people and a large sectional sofa that someone could use as a bed if needed. Elvira always fast to respond when I had a question. We had code to enter the complex and later the clicker to open the gate. We had a fob to gain access to the pool and a garage opener. To gain access to the outside door , Elvira had me download an app called LOCKLY - I was not able to get that to work but she then provided a code I could use manually. Some rules to follow with it being an HOA community - one being not to put any towels etc on outside deck to dry. We loved our stay and will def be back

Excellent Location and open golf view. Townhouse was very light, bright, clean and modern. Mary was a receptive and helpful communicator and was very responsive. We loved our stay! We will Be back! Ty so very much! Marcia and Ralph
