A great flat in a great location. The sun terrace had beautiful views of the sea and we will be booking again in the very near future.

I would definitely repeat, an incredible host, I facilitated all the directions, the super cozy house and we found tranquility in the urbanization as an activity in nearby areas. a 10 falls short. Thank You Susana

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

The apartment is just as seen in the photos: very nice and cozy. In addition, María del Mar responds very quickly and is always available. We really liked it!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

Beautiful place with a lovely view. It was quite windy when we were there in march so we needed to fetch the pillows for the terrace all over the place. I recommend this place! /Anna

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

We had a great family day. The place was very comfortable. It is bigger than the pictures. We'll do it again for sure!! Hopefully soon!

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

Sandra was a very good host. The apartment did not lack a single detail (everything was highly valued) and everything was just as described in the photos. She was flexible with our arrival and departure, and communication was perfect at all times. The apartment is just what we were looking for: a quiet place, one minute from the sea and with a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We had a great time, a highly recommended place.

We loved the place. A very good peace of mind. We couldn't enjoy the pool because there was bad weather but we'll be back.

Ideal place to disconnect if you like nature by hiking, cayack, snorkeling, biking , enjoying beaches and especially with very beautiful coves where only and you can access by walking. Les Negres is a village where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, well located in the middle of Cabo de Gata.

Due to problems with the rental car, I arrived significantly late. Nevertheless, I was warmly welcomed. The documents provided by Adrian in advance described everything very well, so I could easily find my way around. Although I was almost alone in the complex due to the season, I felt very comfortable there and was able to enjoy the sun on the terrace even in November!

AJ is responsive and clear, his apartment is equipped and well arranged, and contributes a lot to the quality of my sports stay. Well located because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach!

Really, we look forward to more!!! The place is beautiful, it seems that it had been inaugurated for our arrival: everything was impeccable and there was no lack of detail! We went to spend only one night (regretting not being able to stay more like) with two friends. The apartment is beautiful, and the attention of her host, Jose Maria, could not have been better. We were attentively awaited upon our arrival, we received all the recommendations to visit villages and restaurants in the area and how to move without stress😅. Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We've been in this area before and it's beautiful. The apartment has sea view! in general all views are beautiful from the apartment. Easy access, garage swimming pool those are advantages. In fact this is my first apartments in Spain were I didn't have issue with my allergy. This is Big advantage for me. Also worth to mention I slept there as a child. it so quiet there and calm. We really enjoyed this place. I would decide to come there once again. Thanks Ramses!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos,was easy to find and walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants.We had a car and visited many places along the coast and up to Mojácar Peublo.Jesus gave us some lovely places to visit,we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s out of season but that looked nice. Absolutely no complaints from us.Thanks very much.

We had a great few days. Apartment with great views of the harbor and beach. Good reception, taking care of all questions and demands. Very quick to respond and friendly. The apartment is very good, it would only be missing chairs and a more comfortable sofa.

perfect place for a winter sun get away sun on patio from 10.00am untill sun set in the west over the buildings. very peaceful setting, great view of pool, comfy matttess as I do suffer with a bad back if its a bad mattress, loads of hot running water and a great hot shower lovely area shop's, bars, beach all walkable, felt safe as its a gated property. loved every minute of my 33 night stay, weather was great to for late January 2025 and February. Kitchen well stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery kitchen gadgets. Nicholas as a superb host and responds back if you messsge him about any queries or problems. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I will definitely be going back again to get away from the British winters.
