Great location. Puerto cancun shopping centre close with great restaurants.

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Excellent location, place was very clean and quiet at night. Nice backyard and walkable to all shops and food.

The place is so nice and clean,have an aircon and electric fan. The pool is just for you. Like 3mins walk to Mercado 28. The location is in Downtown Cancun quite far to the beaches, mybe 13km away. Saul, the host is very responsive, he made an effort to suggest places and things to do with links and complete details.

Excellent service and the place is very nice and quiet, with a car we could get around without any problem, Daniel was very attentive and helpful from start to finish, I felt at home!! Beautiful places and thank you for your attention!!

Kai’s place was an absolute gem! Cozy and welcoming, it truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was so appreciated. Kai went above and beyond by stocking the kitchen with fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, butter, and orange juice, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The bedrooms have a bathroom between them so you have your privacy if you bring your kids. The terrace is beautiful and overlooks the lagoon, so peaceful and relaxing. The balcony is equally lovely, and honestly, the photos don’t even do it justice. Having laundry on-site was a huge plus, and the whole space felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

The best bnb I’ve stayed in so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a fruit basket (as a fruitarian this was the best feeling). The house was stocked with towels, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body was, soap, beach chairs, life jackets, board games, etc. The pool was bigger & deeper than the pictures show. 10/10 recommend

Nicole’s Cancún condo was amazing location, right on the water. If you’re not looking to spend too much time in the apartment, it is within walking distance of coco bongos and all the other clubs and has private beach front access to beautiful water. The apartment still had openings when we needed it, a few days before check in. Only 2 complaints. 1) the stairs are a little unstable but nothing dangerous from what I felt. 2) the only true issue I had, the showers upstairs and downstairs do not drain well. The upstairs shower drains very slow so my friends wore shower sandals so they didn’t feel uncomfortable. The downstairs shower drains well but there is a floor drain next to the toilet that back flows and makes it difficult to ambulate the downstairs bathroom. The shower temp is also very sensitive / difficult to achieve a comfortable temp and maintain. Besides that the apartment was great location, very clean and helpful, felt safe, and had a GORGEOUS view of the water.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!
