Condo vacation rentals in Captiva

We had a good and very relaxing week at the condo. Thank you for letting us know that the amenities of South Seas were not included- we were well prepared. The pool by the condo was nice and quiet and we enjoyed it. The view of the manatees in the water right in front of the condo was unforgettable!

Ryan and Nicole's condo was the perfect location for our girls' getaway weekend. A few steps away from the water and a short golf cart ride to great restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and was decorated in a fun and relaxing way. I would highly recommend. We hope to come back and rent again as this condo helped make our girls' weekend perfect.

Place was beautiful, and the host was extremely friendly. We will definitely be staying with them again.

This was our first trip to Captiva since we moved to Florida in 18 years ago and I can say we have missed out on one of the most pristine spots of Florida. Even as they are rebuilding the island was so quiet, enjoyable and excellent restaurants. The unit was outstanding and had everything we needed and spotless. We highly recommend this unit and location to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Paul’s place was excellent, exactly what was advertised. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Neighborhood was quiet. The only negative and this has nothing to do with Paul, was the intersection from the complex and the causeway was very busy with traffic. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Susan‘s place. just walk across the parking lot and you are on the beach. There is lots of construction still going on in landscaping projects to the property. This is understandable considering all the hurricane damage and we knew that the pool was not going to be available prior to our reservation not that we would’ve used it anyway .Susan‘s home was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for whatever kind of meal you wanted to make . She even had beach chairs and shell bags in the extra closet available for our use! There was plenty of bath towels and beach towels also available . The beds were very comfortable. Susan communicated very well with us. We knew that the elevator was going to be down for a couple of days prior to our arrival not her fault just something that happens. We did not use the extra amenity programs that the condo area has for guests. We did use the new Pickleball courts and had a great time🙂We would rent here again

We had an amazing week in Sanibel. We had the pool to ourselves and it was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the furniture was higher quality than most airbnbs. It was also helpful that they let you know that they only provide one toilet paper roll, dishwasher tab, garbage bag etc so you can bring a few extra from home instead of having to buy more than you need. The elevator did break twice during our stay but the management company was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

This was a great condo. It’s at the end of Captiva Island, very close to the beach. You need to bring umbrellas and beach chairs. Communication with hosts was excellent and they were very caring. Thanks.

This is an amazing condo right on the water at the Sanibel Seaside. It was a magical vacation, and so perfect because of the home that we were able to go home to each afternoon and evening. It is an easy walk to the beach, and the beach was serene, and quiet. Our flight was very delayed, but it was easy to acquire our keys after hours--very good directions. Some tips: make your grocery list ahead of time. Stop at the grocery store before you head over the causeway. Ask questions ahead of time if you have any questions about what the condo has so that you can purchase at the grocery store if needed. This was the vacation of a lifetime for us. And it was made so perfect because we were able to lay our head down in this condo at the end of the day. Perfect vacation!!!

In my opinion the location was awesome, the king bed that we slept on was awesome, the showers were awesome, the kitchen was more than adequate and the living room was comfortable. The rear balcony has an excellent wide open Gulf front view with a screen around it. Elevators were a work in progress while we were there, should be online soon. Unit was newly redone so it looked and felt like new.

We love our stay! The place is so much closer to the beach than it looked like in pictures. It was very clean. We are looking forward to coming back!

Palmer's place was just as described, clean, and matched the photos exactly. Quaint little condo that was steps from the beach and pool. While the town is still recovering from the storm we were walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops. We had a comfortable and easy stay.

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

We loved our stay! the photos of the listing don't do justice to how nice the area is, extremely well maintained, great pool, very short walk to beach, and all the conveniences that the condo provided. The views from the condo were breathtaking. We love Naples but had never been at Naples Cay but now it is our favorite place to stay. The beds were very comfortable! We had everything that we could ask for in terms of kitchen appliances, etc. The oven and the stove were great. Our 1 year old slept great in the bassinet provided, and the 4 year old loved the books and beach toys. Looking forward to coming back 😀
