Great house, with a great pool. My family stayed for a long weekend while we were in town, and we really enjoyed the property. The house and outdoor area were very clean and the house is very comfortable and has every amenity you could want. Great place to stay in Naples!

Beautiful location with lot's to do, right in the center of everything. Dara was very helpful through our trip and accommodated as needed. 10/10.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. I will stay here again when I'm back in the area. The house looked exactly like the photo's and was in excellent condition - furniture, appliances, tv's, the pool & outdoor furniture. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to cook in, go to the beach, or chill at the pool. The location is like 10 minutes from anything (beach, gas, grocery store, etc) yet tucked away on a quiet street giving you privacy and quiet. The host was always responsive when needed. Me and my family were very happy with this house and look forward to coming back.

The home matched the description and photos. Enjoyed having a private pool area. We used the pool everyday of our stay. Close to many of the restaurants we enjoy to dine at. The home was clean and tidy. The electricity went out one morning and Jose was very responsive and kept us up to date on the situation. It was an issue on the power company’s end. The home worked out well for us.

Great location close to both beaches; sunrise and sunset. Screened in porch although during mid March didn’t need to worry about bugs. Golf cart worked great, large washer and dryer, nice size kitchen, large dining table, and fully stocked w/spices and cooking supplies, also had a small dog and large dog raised feeder, the RO water dispenser was super nice to use and not have to rely on so many wasteful disposable water bottles! The weather was so nice our last couple days we were able to open windows and get a nice cross breeze. Raj and Jacki were super helpful and responsive when we had a small issue with the DW but had a maintenance guy on it same day, that speaks volumes compared to a family we spoke with on the ferry who had an unresponsive management company run home who didn’t get this level of service. Will be back again for sure!

John is very easy to talk with. Gets right back with you. The home is very nice and the island is beautiful. Caught a few trout and snook from the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

Hidden Treasure lives up to the name. It is a beautiful house, at the end of a secluded quiet road, with everything you need! The house was clean and comfortable. You had all the things you needed to cook, entertain, and relax. The outdoor amenities were amazing (pool, music, TV, soccer, basketball, corn hole, shower, water toys, seating, fans)! You name it and it was there to be enjoyed!!! The inside was well appointed and very comfortable. Only minor thing missing were good utensils in the kitchen for cooking, but you can get by with what is there. The kitchen is well appointed with spices and cookware. When it comes to the island, it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Great beaches, awesome wildlife (manatees and dolphins were seen many times from simply standing at the docks. The Island Club had two good pools, Mangos and Mainstay had great food, and The Market had basics if needed! Boats and More was exceptional too! The included golf cart was amazing! This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

We had an incredible stay - truly one of our best vacations! The home was perfect: beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. Amy was amazing - responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. She also provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re already thinking about our return and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

What a perfect week! Only a few steps to the beach on fine white sand. The Lemon Drop has been updated and accommodated us perfectly. We look forward to another stay!

The attention to detail makes this place really stand out. Coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries are all there waiting for you. She even has new toothbrushes should you forget yours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There’s Pool floats, beach towels, etc. love that I didn’t have to bring the extras! she also has suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Will definitely rent this home next time I visit. Gorgeous views too!

We had an amazing stay at this Captiva getaway! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been better...just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy all that Captiva has to offer. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Being this was my first time booking a stay with Airbnb, my expectations were met! This home is extremely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice! Upon arrival, the house is very clean, smells amazing and feels very comfortable. I love the space outdoors, the pool is perfect, kitchen is beautiful and so much more! The host and cohost are very understanding, friendly, welcoming and communicative. Overall our stay was a 10/10! And we will be back again one day! If you’re reading this review, just book it!

We actually own a condo on Sanibel so I feel we are fair "judges" and I must say that everything about this rental was absolutely fantastic. I must emphasize the word everything. Needless to say the property is beautiful, and everything you could ask for is is provided. As a host Sanjeev is wonderful. He is easy to communicate with, answers any questions you might have and so accommodating. Each and every photo of this beautiful property is exactly what you will see when you arrive.

Super cute and very clean. We never even used the parking pass for the private beach because the beach was so close and there were a lot of bikes (we went Sun-Tues) so we just walked or rode bikes. I was concerned about having to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other bc we were with my parents but is was no trouble at all. The screened in porch was great to play games on. I would recommend and I'd stay there again. Great value for Sanibel. Just note to bring hand soap and keurig pods.

North Captiva will not disappoint! Windows on the water is out of this world. Great family vacation with plenty to do. All the logistics were easy to navigate. We will be back! The island club with mango’s is a great addition. Need to add a golf cart to the property though. This will meet your expectations!

Amazing stay! Duncan’s place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication was quick and helpful. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back!

The Sandy Banana is a secluded paradise within a lush tropical vegetation - no neighbour in sight or earshot, but at the same time only steps from a pristine and gorgeous beach with very few people on it! The house is very spacious with many places to come together: indoor as well as outdoor dining, lounging in a living room, a loft lounge, on two terraces as well as in hammocks or on benches by the barbecue. It has lots of beach and watersports equipment, bikes and many boardgames! The kitchen is also super well equipped!

Amazing Stay at Blue Laguna – A Perfect Family Getaway. Communication with Solveigh was top-notch from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Kale, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic—personable, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us to and from the ferry. He stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was stunning—beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything our family could need, including a few things we’d forgotten. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and everything felt clean and cozy. We especially loved starting and ending our days on the screened-in porch—just relaxing, reading, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Our only complaints? Five nights just wasn’t long enough!!!
