Great place for a family retreat !

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. For those craving the sea, Lido di Jesolo is ideal for a day trip, and Venic

nice, cozy apartment. Very nice and helpful hostess. Nice and quiet terrace. Many hikes nearby and easy access to the various nature reserves for hiking by bus and cable cars.

The place is wonderfully located, the garden is super nice, huge and completely fenced - our dog felt right at home. Miriam is very kind and accommodating - we are already planning the next visit :).

I have no words to say about the house! The location is very good, the house was cleaned, organised, warm and we felt very comfortable there. The house remains you about the culture of Italy and we were very happy there! Also, the host was very friendly and we definitely want to stay there again if travel to Belluno!

An incredible location and a carefully restored property, immersed in the beauty of the Dolomites. The place is full of history and character, perfect for those looking for a unique and authentic experience. The host was very helpful and kind, helping us plan our excursions and providing us with useful tips. We did hiking and trekking in the Dolomites and the Palazzo del Barone di Rallo was a great starting point for our adventures. The property is surrounded by breathtaking trails and landscapes, which allowed us to immerse ourselves in nature and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. We highly recommend this place to those looking for a special stay and an authentic experience in the Dolomites. The combination of history, nature, and hospitality makes the Palazzo del Barone di Rallo a unique and unforgettable place.

We had a great time despite only one night's stay. Self check-in is very convenient, the house was clean and spacious and with many bathrooms available for different guests. Great value for money.

Really nice accommodation, spacious rooms and good kitchen and living room. Beds are a little narrow, however we slept well. Warm welcoming with pastry which we loved. You also get all the essentials there so you dont need to worry about bringing some of your things.

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

The accommodation met our needs for 10 bikers who rode during the day with a garage for 10 motorcycles. For us, the only difficulty is understanding selective sorting, which is different from France.

Really great spot - clean, brand new house located walking distance from some great walking / hiking trails.

This home was perfect for our church group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the ability to lock the door. Kitchen is industrial and well stocked. Great views and backyard.

What a spectacular place. Exactly as described and beautiful views. Ada was a gracious host. Opened up the Enoteca for us to host a private family party. Vittorio Veneto is a beautiful area. Wish we had stayed at Adas more than 3 days. What an experience.

A villa surrounded by greenery, with plenty of space to be in company and, at the same time, to retreat in peace. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. The only sounds you hear are those of the surrounding nature... and once you reach the veranda, you are caressed by the scents of the meadow and its flowers... we will definitely come back to stay a few more days! This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Very nice location in the middle of a forest and fields, impeccable apartment, all new and very clean. Comforts such as water and coffee, kettle, minibar. Absolutely recommended. Thanks for the hospitality

We are thrilled. Communication was great, Andrea, Francesca and Giacomo were very helpful and supported us superbly. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, in a retro look with great old utensils, the decor is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Clean beds, clean bathroom, clean well-equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, knives, everything for cooking even with dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The highlight is the garden, with fig tree, plum tree and the mega great pool. Seating for 20 people :) There was a crib, a chair for our son (<1 year). There was even a wallbox for charging our electric car. The fans and mosquito plugs provided extra comfort. We will definitely be back!!! If you're looking for a mistake, you'll just find that espresso cups would be useful ;) Thanks for a great vacation !!!!

Really a super nice place where you can completely relax. Mega nice family who can tell you all about the history of the beautiful old property and the region and will be happy to introduce you to their homemade wines during the wine tasting. The stay is a bit more expensive but absolutely worth it! We'd love to come back:)
