The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

We had a wonderful stay in Luca’s house and would recommend it and the beautiful surroundings to anyone. Having such a gorgeous beach so nearby was also a huge bonus! Luca’s aunt Daniela deserves a special mention. She was so friendly and helpful. She had lots of useful recommendations and helped us feel at home instantly. Thank you!

Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable home, you will need a car to get anywhere but that was fine. A good kitchen and outdoor space! We had a few small problems understanding how to use the ceiling fan and washing machine. We also had trouble finding the house but we were met outside the area and shown around. Thank you for a nice stay!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Cefalù! The location couldn’t be better — just 30 seconds from the beach (bed rental was €30 for the day) and surrounded by great restaurants and local charm. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Be aware there’s a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment, but the view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to soak up the best of Cefalù!
