We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

Raj's apartment was just the right accommodation with amenities and purpose i was looking for. Raj was prompt in responding to any of my queries and also stopped by the apartment to hand over some extra bedding & towels to make our 12 days stay even more comfortable and memorable.

Excellent experience. House was well lit, clean and nicely stocked with appliances and other amenities. Communication was superb with quick and positive replies throughout. Will look forward to staying here again when I'm in the neighborhood.

Everything was as described. You also got your car spot and washing machine and dryer which is uncommon at that price range. Neighboorhood was quiet and seemed friendly. Airconditioner did its job. Generally there is everything one may need to live like at home. Very good contact with host.

Super cute! Great location. Looks like the photos. There are no beach supplies or any sort of filtered water so plan accordingly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Simply the best Airbnb in San Jose. Located right downtown. Tastefully designed apartments with excellent amenities. Fully gated property as well. On site security 24/7 gives you peace of mind. The hosts here will go above and beyond for anything you need. My favorite Airbnb on the platform hands down.

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Throughly enjoyed my stay, easy parking for your car, and in a great location close to malls, shops and restaurants. Would stay again

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

Easy check in. I enjoyed the ability to cook in the kitchen and even have some of the essentials already in the cabinets. Bed is very comfy. The flowers around the house make the place smell wonderful!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Lawrence was quick to respond when we had a question. There are restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and good coffee within a mile. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.
