Perfect spot, close to San Jose, very easy check in process, had exactly what I needed. Would stay again!

The place was perfect. The apartment was super cozy and clean. The location was close to lots of things specially the beach in Santa Cruz. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place.

Great place for a long term stay. Very good apartment. Safe covered parking. Full kitchen with all necessary utensils. Smart TV, recliner sofa. Common washer dryer but it’s clean and available almost always. Sammi is always available, if you need anything. I will choose this place again if I need air bnb in this area.

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Our condo with Cheshire Rio was wonderful. The home was well decorated and good quality linens and towels. The kitchen was very well appointed. We cooked all of our food and the condo had good quality pots and pans and all needed utensils. I was impressed. The ocean view from the living room and balcony was perfect. This particular condo is one we would return to. Had beach towels, extra fans (we like to use while we sleep) and great outdoor sitting furniture. Very thankful to the condo owners and Cheshire Rio (property managers). Great job at making us feels at home and taken care of.

Christine is the ultimate host. She answered any questions we had in a very short period of time. Amazing. The unit is spotless and the decorations are exactly what I would have chosen. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We slept longer than we do at home. We can’t say enough positive attributes about our vacation time at Christine’s. An added bonus are the outstanding restaurants, some within walking distance. There is also Trader Joe’s and Sees Candy!! so close you can smell the chocolate 🤗

Maria Elena's studio apartment is perfect for two people. It is roomy and completely updated. The king size bed is comfortable and the mini-split heat/air conditioner is perfect for the changes in weather in San Jose. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and walkable to a local grocery, coffee and restaurants. I recommend Maria Elena's apartment and will stay there again on my next trip to San Jose.

We stayed for just one night, but everything was perfect! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The check in process was smooth and the host was kind. It was a short stay, but we felt very comfortable. The surrounding was also quiet especially at night. We slept peacefully. Highly recommended!❤️

The place was much nicer than we expected! High ceilings and beautiful windows, and the patio was really large. We absolutely loved walking to the beach and out for breakfast; we didn’t touch our car the whole stay. We will definitely want to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The directions to check in were very thorough! Ray is very professional and was great at communication if we had any questions. We can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Nice and clean unit

Amazing host- great communication and super responsive. The apartment was clean and welcoming and looked just like the photos. Location was great, a block from the beach and close to all the shops and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed- toaster, coffee maker, clean dishes and a great space. The code door lock was super convenient for the kids to go out and about and come back to check in without fighting over a key. Decor was on point and I just loved the place and didn’t want to leave. The street sweeper early Friday morning was annoying and there can be a lot of noise from the street or people in the other unit but that is just life. Overall I would recommend this spot and will be waiting for another chance to visit. Ovr has this dialed in and I would trust any of the properties they manage because they do it right and take all the guesswork out of the process of renting a unit. Best AirBnb I have rented.

Evan and David were bother very helpful and responsive to my questions. The spot was nice and convenient walk to the beach. Enjoyed the stay and would book again in the future.

Beautiful resort and a fabulous room! It was very spacious and well stocked. A little pricey....but that's the economy - would absolutely book again in the future if possible

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Easy check in. I enjoyed the ability to cook in the kitchen and even have some of the essentials already in the cabinets. Bed is very comfy. The flowers around the house make the place smell wonderful!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Great location at the edge of the resort, so it feels quiet and private and yet has all the usual Seascape amenities. It’s also right on the path that leads down to the beach. Everything feels new and sparkling clean. The unit is larger than the typical Seascape 2 bedroom, with an extra dining room space.
