Fantastic views of the long, sandy beach and ocean which is just right in front of the property. This is a spacious property with beautiful interiors. The kitchen is also very well- equipped. We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Location location location! This home was steps from the beach and was so lovely to listen to the waves crashing from the comfort of our bed! Walkable to local coffee shop, deli and restaurant for yummy happy hour. 3 stories was nice for 2 families, each family had their own floor. Jaleh was very responsive if we had questions!

This place was AMAZING. I didn't want to go anywhere because the views and setting were so beautiful. I just loved walking up and down the beach path and sitting on the deck enjoying observing the surfers. We saw dolphins one day. Both of the living areas (dining room and living room) were positioned so you could enjoy the natural beauty. People were so friendly and the neighborhood was chill- not always what you find in popular destinations. The kitchen is well stocked and the cook enjoys some great views too. We cooked some of the time and ordered in the rest- because who would want to go to a restaurant when you could have a view like this? The home itself is old and has some wear that is expected with a beach front home. The woodwork throughout the home is beautiful and adds a nostalgic feeling. This really is a special place. For us, it was a splurge- but well worth it. I dream about returning. Thank you!

The location was perfect, less than a block to the beach, with a walkable or bikeable pathway extending in both directions. The house was comfortable, with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. There is construction currently along the beach pathway which unfortunately blocks the view a bit, but hopefully that will be done soon. It didn’t take away from being so close to the beauty, sounds and breeze of the Pacific. Would stay again!

Thank you for the local recommendations. We tried several restaurants on the list and all were great. The local access to Zils Beach was a highlight so thanks for making sure we knew about it!

Ms. Jane was a great host. The space was a perfect size and had a personal entrance for guest. Also Ms. Jane communicated with and responded with in the hour of our message. The location was ideal for us. We had easy access to Santa Cuz, San Fran, Monterey and Big Sur. We would recommend our own family and friends.

Lovely condo, back from the street, so relatively quiet. Clear instructions, roomy. The place was much better decorated than other AirBnBs, with vintage Santa Cruz photos and lovely Santa Cruz art posters. We’ll definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. Pleasant stay, nicely decorated and slept my family of 5 adults in comfort. Dog friendly as advertised but you would not know it because there was no smell or hair on our clothes. Walking distance to restaurants grocery store and coffee shop. This was my first time to rent a home form airbnb and I'd do it again based on this stay.

My family and dog stayed at Jeremy’s house for 5 days and loved every minute. The house is very spacious and airy, super well-maintained with lots of room to relax and enjoy. The front and back yards are big and perfect for a dog and kids. Everything you’d need is covered, from outdoor shower to a handy pooper scooper and toys for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet only 3 minutes walk to great burgers, pizza or Mexican food. And only 8 minute walk to The Hook or 38th Ave for surfing or beach. 5 minute drive or an easy bike ride to downtown Capitola. Jeremy was a fantastic host, always asking if we needed anything. Will definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay at an enchanting cabin in the redwoods. It's close to the town of Boulder Creek and a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

The Sea otter Cottage was such a dream! It was beautiful, cozy and was everything we wanted for a relaxing family vacation. it was very family friendly-the backyard was my toddlers dream. Would recommend 100% and definitely will book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Monica and Mike’s property. The place was spotless and had everything that was on the listing. Everything was well thought out, and there was good use of space. Tasteful, modern and minimalist-designed with everything we needed. The back and front yard was big and safe for our children to play in. We also made use of the outdoor dining area for Al fresco dining. Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely recommend and come back when we visit the area again.

This place was SO CUTE!! One of my favorite stays with Airbnb. A friend and I stayed here for a girls trip and it was the perfect size for the two of us. We met Chris, the host, and she was very friendly and welcoming! The space is exactly as described, and the sofa bed was unbelievably comfy!! The location was safe, peaceful, and quiet.

Lilian’s home was perfect for us! We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed our own space, and also our space together. The art and plants and architecture all were fun to live with. The location worked really well for us - near the beach, and easy drives to different parts of Santa Cruz and Capitola. All beautiful. Easy party at the house. Lilian was very responsive to messages.
