The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. -BATHROOM: It has a 90 cm shower, first aid kit, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding clotheslines and a cabinet for ski boots. - LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. It has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, Smart TV, games and books. - KITCHEN: it is integrated into the living room and has: tableware, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, infusions, etc.). - BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom has two 80 cm beds (folding bunk bed). Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the bathroom (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment great warmth. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. Este céntrico apartamento es ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad y su encanto. Apartamento de lujo del siglo XVIII totalmente reformado, queremos que se sienta como en casa ofreciendo todo lujo de detalles, tres balcones que dan a la Carrera del Darro denominada como la calle más bonita y antigua de Granada, dispone de salón-cocina con sofá y dos balcones. La cocina está totalmente equipada con el menaje necesario para tener una estancia perfecta, en ella podemos encontrar los condimentos necesarios para cocinar. El dormitorio principal practico y amplio con cama de matrimonio de 140 x 200 y un balcón. El cuarto de baño está equipado con un conjunto de ducha efecto raining, con radiador secatoallas y con todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia ideal. Las zonas comunes que hay en el edificio son las escaleras hasta llegar a la primera planta por donde se accede al apartamento. Disponemos de sofá cama medidas 140 x 200, por si algún huésped no es pareja ó familia y quieren dormir en camas independientes, tienen que avisarlo para preparar la ropa del sofá cama con precio adicional de 15€. Si no avisa y ya está alojado y quiere utilizar el sofá cama, tendrá un suplemento extra de 22€ ya que hay que desplazarse al apartamento, total 37€.
