High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The original timbers, natural wood walls and original flooring creates the environment to just breathe. We respect our neighbors and follow the Airbnb no parties policy.

This is also a quiet home with local neighbors on both sides, so it is not suitable for parties or rowdy gatherings. The hot tub closes strictly at 10:00 PM. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

The Alaia Beach House

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
