The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The original timbers, natural wood walls and original flooring creates the environment to just breathe. We respect our neighbors and follow the Airbnb no parties policy.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
