Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has a full kitchen, bath, queen bed and a pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). We have completed a full renovation of the condo to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. There is golf, horseback riding on the beach, miles of hiking trails...

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Absolutely loved Clare’s space! It was the perfect fit for my family of 5. It was comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed for a perfect weekend at the coast. Walking to the water was literally 5 minutes and there were restaurants and a market within a 2 minute drive. I will 100% be back and can’t wait to stay at Clares again!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

This was our second stay and we have every intention of returning again! It’s become an annual trip for us and both times Josephine’s house has been extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable.

The open living space features a cozy seating area with a sectional sofa and a stylish wooden dining table. Natural light floods in through large windows, highlighting the sleek flooring. A modern staircase leads to an upper level, while a wood-burning stove adds a functional centerpiece.

The location and views were outstanding! Just steps to the beach. Sunsets were amazing. The deck on the top level had a wonderful view, with protection from the wind the lower level decks were great. Covered area for getting out of the sun. Furniture was comfortable. Loved the fire table! The Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. We especially loved the Alexa concierge for checking & check out, music and other information. A lovely stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Wonderful place right on the ocean with a private balcony to watch the sunsets and its own stair entrance to the beach. We absolutely loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and my daughters were grateful to each have their own beds. Kitchen was fully stocked, and Roseanne’s had amazing food just two doors down. Such a friendly town.
