The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described in the listing, but honestly went above our expectations. It was decorated beautifully and felt homey. There were board games and pool floats available for use, which was very kind. The library room (with an excellent selection of books) also had a full-size massage chair, which was amazing. The pool and spa might have been our favorite part. We loved that it was clean and the perfect temp for our use. Maria, our host, was quick to respond when I messaged her. Truly, this little weekend getaway went better than we hoped for, and we are grateful. We are hoping to make this a yearly girls getaway, and also hope to be able to stay here again. We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, beautiful, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The welcome package with snacks and coffee was such a thoughtful touch, and the bottle of wine for our anniversary made us feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. We also tried a few of the host’s local food recommendations and loved every spot. The best part was the outdoor space! The heated pool was perfect, and we loved the seating area, pool toys, darts, and cornhole. This was easily one of our favorite stays. Huge thanks to our wonderful host!

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

This is a beautiful home, just like the photos show! Very easy check in. Lots of information provided and easy drive to Fort meyers beach. We also checked out Sanibel beach which is a little further away but loved it. Definitely if you are looking for shells this is the beach you want to visit. Overall great family vacation spot and more secluded than the tourists towns that we are used to so it was a nice change.

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! It truly felt like we were transported to a peaceful island oasis. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool was a highlight—clean, surrounded by lush greenery, and thoughtfully enclosed with a baby gate that made it safe for our toddler and dogs. The space was incredibly family- and pet-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the peaceful vibe, the well-stocked kitchen, and the cozy bedrooms. The host was kind and responsive, and everything about our stay was seamless. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

What a gem! Probably the nicest Air BnB we have stayed at! The house is open, feels extremely clean, and is well stocked. A perfect family home, the pool was a great spot for our kids to expend their extra energy before bed, and the open floor concept allowed for us to all be together and then retreat to the rooms for bed. Absolutely recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Beautiful home equipped with everything you need inside and outside. Inside you will find a great one floor home that accommodates everyone with plenty of seating, a full kitchen, comfortable bedding in a quiet neighborhood. The pool, hot tub and outdoor deck on the canal is beautiful and a great area to relax. Close to shopping, beaches. I have a large family living in the area (7 teenaged grandchildren plus their parents and other family visiting the area) who visited the home for dinner and another day of hanging by the pool. Felt like the host didn’t care for the family visit as the front door camera showed lots of traffic in and out. I felt like I needed to stop the family visits as this was upsetting the host. There are pool noodles and floats plus beach chairs and beach umbrellas in garage with beach toys. There is a foosball table and a charging station for an electric vehicle plus fishing gear. Keep in mind you may be responsible for the electric cost.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

We had a blast at this Airbnb! The house had everything we needed to enjoy the sun! The house was clean and really well kept. The pool was heated and perfect for swimming even at night. We caught a ton of fish from the dock and enjoyed the kayaks at the house. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Very nice clean and spacious house to stay at with the family including 2 boys ages 6 and 11. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, sunset to the west, and dock for fishing. House was very clean and Gerry was quick to remedy a problem that came up. Will stay again in the future if in the Cape Coral area.

Wonderful home and wonderful host! Laura was very responsive and quick to offer suggestions. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, great pool! Has all of the towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies etc you could need. Plenty of space, wonderful shower for after a long day at the pool or beach. Highly recommend!

We went with 8 of our family members and had a great time! Brian’s place was beautiful and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
