Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Sonata’s condo was beautiful, welcoming, and exactly as described in the description. Above all, her condo is pristine, which makes staying in someone else’s home comforting! She was extremely accommodating and responsive! I can’t say enough good things about both Sonata and her condo!

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Loved the apartment, the complex, the pool and workout room. Much better than a hotel. Upstairs neighbors sounded like they were running a marathon pretty much at all hours of the day.

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

Great 3 weeks in Fort Myers. Fabian’s place was awesome and exactly as advertised. Excellent location. Close to everything we were interested in. The few times we had questions, Fabian responded promptly.

I stayed for a week and felt right at home, I did at first think it was a 2-bedroom apartment, it was only 1 room, but the living room had a couch/ bed and it worked just as well. the place was great it had the laundry right in front of the apartment and the parking was right Infront as well, they have a pool at a walking distance and a gym which was great. overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Upon check in there was a mixup with cleaning from the previous guests, so we had to wait an extra hour to move our things in. However, the host was very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. Overall a great stay! Room looked exactly like the photos and our view was great. Saw lots of wildlife and the pool was relaxing/clean. Would definitely stay here again. Flippers on the bay was delightful!

The house was so clean and very spacious. There was enough of bedding and towels. The backyard is amazing and the host was very descriptive with the rules to follow.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, and Maria was incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to provide us with a second pack-and-play, which we really appreciated. She also allowed us to check in early since we had young children and an early flight—such a thoughtful gesture! This Airbnb is very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and a much-appreciated pool gate for safety. The neighborhood is walkable, making it easy to explore. Fantastic home! The home is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. Great attention to detail in this home and everything is labeled for ease of use. The kitchen is functionally designed and beautifully stocked with appliances and dishes. The walk in showers are like being at a luxurious spa. The pool/lanai area is fantastic overlooking the River/bay. Enjoyed grilling/smoking meat on the grill/smoker provided and eating on lanai to enjoy the great Florida weather. The home is close to beach, shopping, and many other fun activities. We especially enjoyed a day picking blueberries at a nearby farm and making blueberry ice cream in the provided ice cream maker. After days at beach or out, it is relaxing to get in pool or spend time in conversation around the fire pit near the dock. Lanson and Allison were wonderful hosts providing great detail to making our stay special. There is a lot to do in the Ft Myer area; however, it is a luxury vacation just staying at Kokomo Del Sol!

Amys place is very clean and cute. Fully stocked with everything you need and then some. The RV park is perfect for walking your dogs around. The pool area is nice and heated!! And the beach is minutes up the street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Jack’s space was great for our group! Exceptionally clean and spacious. The view of the pool and canal are beautiful. Stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, beach accessories & fun stuff to do (ping pong table, corn hole, games). Kitchen has tons of nice plates, glasses, pots/pans & cutlery/utensils. The kitchen did not have any food beyond cooking essentials such as oil, salt/pepper and a couple spices. You will need to bring all your toiletries as soap, shampoo/conditioner are not provided. The master bathroom is lovely and huge! The other bathroom could use a toilet tune up as the seat is loose. We never did figure out how to heat the spa tub which was unfortunate but perhaps user error. The home itself was very nice but we wish we could have transplanted it a bit closer to the nicer restaurants and marina areas- that would have made the entire experience perfect for our group. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great option!

Paul was a great host, very welcoming and accommodating. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the backyard was the perfect combination of sun and shade needed for relaxing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

This was one of the best stays ever. Such a beautiful home with everything you need. The club house was an extra perk. This allowed us the privacy of Rajeev’s house with private pool & the club house that gives you a resort feeling. We are already planning another visit. Sally & Carm - Toronto

Great place! So many little added amenities. Pool toys, fishing poles, camp chairs, etc. There was some unexpected construction next store, but the host addressed it right away! Our kids loved the quick trip to the water park just down the road!
