The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

The apartment is well located, close to the beach, downtown, bakeries and restaurants, without needing a car for anything. The apartment is very nice, André responds super fast, we were received quickly at check-in and check-out was super flexible regarding the departure time. The only negative points are the garage, which is small (but we were warned and it is in the listing) and difficult to maneuver, and not having a washing machine, which for a stay of more days would be necessary (it was not our case).
