Beach house vacation rentals in Capaci

A beautiful apartment overlooking the beach. The rooms are spacious and so is the balcony. Valeria welcomed us and was always available for anything we needed. We had a fantastic, relaxing stay.

The apartment is very nice, especially the very large and beautifully furnished roof terrace. The view was great and we enjoyed the sea view every morning at breakfast. The sea is only about 100 meters away, but a car is recommended to explore the area. Angela is a very kind host and responds to messages after a few minutes. Overall, we had a great stay!

We felt very comfortable from the first second. We were greeted in a very friendly manner. Our car could be parked on the house premises. We particularly liked the apartment or suite. We were able to stay very nicely and cozily on a roof terrace above it. If we come back to Palermo, we will gladly ask you again. Thank you for everything.

The host was very available by phone and accommodating. The location is convenient with the beach within walking distance (beach very popular with young people, very nice sea, but a lot of trash on the beach and frequent vendors). Possibility of parking right in front of the villa on the street (in April at least). This is a large and beautiful villa separated in two: one part for the Airbnb and the other for the owners with a separate entrance. It should be noted that the main living room is the veranda. The cleanliness of the premises and the linens provided were impeccable. Thank you for everything Giada and Dominico!

The stay was very pleasant and highly recommend. We had everything we needed there. He was so kind to provide things like coffee, Nutella, etc. Armando was very kind. We had our privacy and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. Thank you and wish you all the best .

We had a wonderful stay at Daniella’s place. She was there to welcome us when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need: there are sun loungers on the balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, and even beach gear available. Daniella was always easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is also perfect—just a short drive from Palermo and close to the stunning Mondello Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great. Very clean and spacious and fully equipped. There are also a beach towel and an umbrella if you decided to go to the free beach. The neighborhood is quiet despite it's only 3 minutes walk to the main square full of restaurants. Rosalia is a very kind and nice lady 😊 Thanks for everything to her and her grandson!

First of all we had an excellent welcome. Danilo is helpful and attentive. The two terraces are clearly an asset, and a terrace with stunning sea views. The apartment is clean and above all very well-equipped. The accommodation also has a private parking space. There is a cafe/restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend it Thanks so much Danilo, we had a great time.

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

This is a fantastic villa, located in an excellent position for exploring the North West and Palermo. The town of Balestrate has good shops and restaurants and a couple of nice beaches...but is just out of reach of walking (the villa is on a fairly hilly lane with no pavement) and so a car is needed. It's a 'real' town rather than a heavily touristed place, which we loved - the restaurant were busy with locals and very good value as a result. The hosts were super-responsive and sent lots of recommendations and useful info, and were particularly helpful when our car broke down! There is so much to see in this part of Sicily and it's only 30 mins drive from Palermo Airport.

Everything was perfectly as advertised, perfect home for a family, super well equipped and central to visit the area. The hosts were super welcoming, responsive and flexible... thank you so much!!

Was very nice to stay.

We liked it very much at Roberto's. He is super friendly and even picked us up in Piraineto and took us to the airport at the end of our stay. He also provided us with 2 bicycles. The apartment is large and also ideally suited for a long stay. The sea is very close, the beach is super nice and clean. Sandy beach! villagrazia, a small village, is also easily accessible by bicycle. There is everything there .... fishmongers, bakeries, butchers, bar, pharmacy, etc ... a supermarket that has quite a lot of organic products and it's really great that naturalbiologico is very close by. Roberto's mother, a very warm friendly woman who lives next door, even helped me learn Italian. We highly recommend this place.

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

Federica and Marina's house is beautiful. The location is excellent for visiting and getting to know Palermo (also worth several times) and the beautiful sandy beach of Mondello in a short distance! Absolute recommendation!!! The property is idyllically located in a small fishing village, ideal for relaxing and, for example, drinking a cappuccino at the harbor in the morning to watch the fishermen go by. A small supermarket is right around the corner. Just like some good restaurants Marina recommended to us. The contact was always friendly and helpful. The spacious house is lovingly decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. And we also loved the room layout. The terrace and the garden with sea views and private sea access in summer are definitely a highlight. All in all, 100% recommended, for us the most beautiful area of Sicily.

We had a lovely stay at Marilena and Francesco's and we recommend it without a second thought. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed them and flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need there. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15 min. We didn't know exactly where we were going, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello which is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the area. Recommended!

The house is extremely pretty and well decorated, in a very quiet area where the streets smell of jasmine and oranges. Less than 15 minutes' walk to the beach. we felt right at home! Thanks also for the kindness of our hosts and their responsiveness.

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.

marian received me in person , it was clear in the directions. Always available to answer any problem , the house is nice, quiet and complete , it is close to the fishmonger supermarket. In short, all the services are available a few hundred meters away. You can also walk there.
