Beautiful view of Mondello. The apartment is very nice and the terrace offers guaranteed moments of relaxation. Beach and restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes). Andréa was responsive and attentive to our requests.

We wish we had been able to stay longer! The flat was absolutely beautiful and Marco was a very responsive host. We took Marcos recommendation for dinner and had a great last meal in Sicily

We had a really nice stay, Salvatore was so kind to us! He even picked us up from the bus station in the pouring rain with an umbrella and was very flexible about last minute changes. The apartment is very Beautiful!

We were staying for two weeks and couldn’t have been happier! We felt home right away, were warmly welcomed by the host, and found the place as described. The communication was easy from the first second. The public transport is great, you can easily go to Palermo City of you. We loved the restaurants in Sferracavallo as well as its people. We are very grateful for this trip and can highly recommend this place!❤️🇮🇹

Great start of our holiday in Sicily. More quiet place with beautiful sunsets every night on the roof terrace or boulevard. Well located for trips to inland, Palermo or west side of the island.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to Erasmo and Stefania! Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, modern, very well equipped, and exactly as described. They were very flexible and accommodating, allowing us to check in and out later than originally planned, which we really appreciated. The hosts truly went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable, and they were always available and super friendly. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Giuliano's apt in Mondello Beach was on point. The apt itself, the convenient and secure parking, the surrounding area and proximity to the beach and the piazza w restaurants was excellent. As a host, he left nothing to be desired - one night someone at a party nearby had parked in our spot and after exhausting all efforts to locate them and get them out, we contacted Giuliano who responded immediately at a very late hour and showed up right away without complaint to help us. I hesitate to add this because I dont want to make it seem like parking was a problem because it was not at all besides this one strange instance, I only want to illustrate the host's commitment to our comfortable stay at all times. We would absolutely stay here again! If you come, and you love to swim- be sure to visit the Riserva di Capo Gallo a few minutes up the coast from the Mondello piazza and main beach. It's based on rock formations and is a beautiful spot, the best we have been in Sicily.

The nicest Airbnb my family has stayed in. Spacious, clean, great location & the main balcony, wow! You can even open the shower window for a mountain view. :-) You won’t find friendlier more communicative hosts than Federico, Lucia & Viviana.

I cannot recommend this property enough. In over ten years staying in Airbnbs across Europe, this was easily the best. But more importantly, the host… Nico was absolutely amazing! He is an extremely attentive, courteous and knowledgable host. Throughout my time in the apartment, Nico was truly invested in making my holiday as perfect as it could be. Nico is obviously very proud of his apartment and quite rightly so. It’s fantastic, it has everything that you’ll need - including an amazing ‘mist shower’- and let’s not forget it’s in a perfect location. Location-wise, everything I wanted to see was totally walkable - most sights and good restaurants are between five to fifteen minutes walk away. But if you prefer to cook, the fantastic food markets are easily reachable, the kitchen in the apartment has more than everything that you will need. I guarantee you will not go wrong with staying in this apartment. It will be like a home away from home. Thank you Nico for a fantastic stay!

Our stay in Palermo was absolutely perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location—right in the center of everything you could need, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The balcony was a real highlight—after a long journey from Turkey, it was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location in Piazza Mondello. The terrace has the most beautiful view both of the beach and sea and of the activity in the square below. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and well equipped. We met Alessandro due to some lock problems and Silvia is also available to handle any queries including booking taxis, and responds quickly. We had a lovely few days and really liked the 'local' feel of Mondello rather than it being a tourist resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the apartment can't be beaten for the combination of location and comfort. A few more instructions re WiFi code and where to take rubbish would be appreciated and I have suggested an iron would be useful too. After 12 days of train travel prior to our stay my clothes needed attention! The apartment could also sleep 3 or 4 ok with the sofa bed.

Super nice accommodation and the son who met us when we arrived was very nice and helpful. We arrived late and then he had arranged it so we had it in the fridge to start with. Very appreciated. Close to a super nice beach, super market, etc. The accommodation has a very nice terrace that we used a lot. So everything was super good. Really recommended. Ciao Maria

Beautiful apartment perfectly equipped, ideally located 5 minutes from the historic heart of Palermo. Rosa is very responsive. Great stay!

Had a bit of a hard time finding at first, but once we did it was a beautiful stay. The garden is huge and there are adorable cats always around. The room was just as described and the location was great. Only thing I would suggest for the check-in process is a photo of the large wooden gate outside to make sure you’re in the right place. Right in the historic center but on a small quiet side street not really accessible by most cars. We really enjoyed our time here.

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

We had a wonderful night in this fantastic room, equipped with a hydro-massage bathtub, kitchenette and bathroom, kept in a clean and tidy way. Francesca was very friendly and always responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

we had a lovely stay. everything was perfect apart from the smell of humidity quite strong that can't leave despite the means tried by the host because lack of natural ventilation and air current possible. I think the hot tub is useless and adds even more humidity but that's only our opinion. and the mattress can be too soft but for a few nights, it's not a big problem. we loved the location, the ease, the exchanges and the availability of MAuro compared to our requests. thank you again! we had a great stay

Very charming and large renovated apartment with high ceilings and large French doors opening on to Juliet balconies just steps from via Maqueda and Vucciria. Big, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Perfect spot for a stay in Palermo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
