Beach house vacation rentals in Cap d'Agde

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

A small house incredibly functional and very well placed on the beach. Meg is very responsive and welcomed us on foot to allow us to spend a long weekend by the water. The location is ideal to discover by bike the surroundings between sea and pond. The accommodation is as described very small but extremely well thought out to have everything available. Stayed one night when travelling back from Spain to UK. Found the apartment to be clean and cosy with a nice comfortable bed. Liked the easy access to the private parking and the pet friendly features.

I spent three nights in Pierre's out-of-season home. The accommodation is very bright, cozy, well decorated (I really liked the framed illustrations hanging near the TV); in short, very pleasant to live in. The kitchen is well equipped (important for me who likes to be able to cook on vacation). The proximity to the beach is a real plus! As well as the courtyard overlooking the living room. We had our breakfast in the sun in complete tranquility! The information given by Pierre for check-in was clear and accurate.

I had amazing time at Christele’s villa. I would definitely recommend her villa to anyone and for sure would stay there again.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with a nice little garden. Pool of the residence just a stone's throw away. Large family beach of fine sand and shops (welcoming) a few hundred meters away via the pedestrian mail of Rochelongue which is pleasant; market on Mondays in summer. Pleasant welcome from Laurence. In short, everything for a successful seaside stay!

Clean and functional house (even if it would be missing a washing machine), in a quiet area. Amazing pool! Ability to park 2 cars. Well located, large beach of Valras 10 min walk, close to restaurants, bakery, very nice. Amazing, we had a great time!

The place is beautiful, bright. It feels like home. The place is quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is nice, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The pluses for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to the shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the secure exterior for children. I would this property.

A small peaceful haven. There were two of us, my sister and I. Very comfortable accommodation and close to the beach. The center of Marseillan beach is a 2-step walk away. We no longer took the car, the shops being a 10-minute walk away, or even 15 minutes if you walk slowly on a pedestrian path. Secure and private parking is a plus. Nothing was missing from the accommodation. We recommend it more more more. I'm sure it'll be my accommodation when I come back to Marseillan Beach. I would add that our host was very friendly and available.

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Sébastien's. Excellent welcome, kind, helpful and caring. Sébastien is supported by his parents who contribute to a cocooning home and full of nice touches. The location is ideal with children to go to the sea but also for the walks on the Canal du Midi which we enjoyed. Thank you again for your kindness. See you soon 😀

The pluses of this accommodation are the proximity to the sea, the outdoor space and the barbecue. The place is ideally located.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very bright, very pleasant and especially well located, 5 minutes walk or even less from the beach. That's great! We were forced to leave early with a few adventures and the hosts were very understanding and responsive. We recommend it!

Clean accommodation, direct beach access but personally we have our habits on the port side of Valras so a little far away for that!! otherwise everything was great!!
