Its located close to WT, Panhandle Plains Museum, Canyon Water Park, Southeast Park (with dog park) Canyon High and Reeves Hinger Elementary. 15 minute drive to beautiful Palo Duro Canyon and the play TEXAS. In a quiet neighborhood. Has full size washer and Dryer, hair dryers, Keurig duo coffee pot, dog run, and many other amenities.
