Fieldhouse: village quiet, central to everything

The Fieldhouse is our lovely little pet-friendly, self-contained, detached annex/guest house located on the grounds of the old Halvergate village school. It has the Norfolk broads and marshes on its door step with the stunning Norfolk beaches, Norwich and Great Yarmouth close by. It is truly a cozy home from home, with a lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, with parking and outdoor sofa, BBQ and table and chairs in the large garden.

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.

Staithe Farm Cottage is a delightful property adjacent to the owners Grade 2 listed farmhouse set in a conservation area in the pretty village of Langley on the fringe of the Broads National Park. This is an ideal quiet getaway from it all location offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Route 1, fishing on the river Yare and easy accessibility to Norwich, the coast and beyond.
